James Oliver Receives Feefo Trusted Service Award
Leading home improvement business, James Oliver Conservatories, has been officially presented with a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for outstanding customer service.
Part of the Conservatory Outlet Network, the Lincolnshire-based business was recognised for exceptional customer feedback through the independent review platform, Feefo.
Announced annually, the Feefo Trusted Service Awards were created to shine a light on companies that have demonstrated an outstanding service to their customers. Businesses who meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, are honoured with an award.
In the case of James Oliver Conservatories, the company was presented with a Gold Trusted Service Award – the highest Feefo accolade available – for receiving an average rating of over 4.5 from January – December 2020. Sitting well above the qualification threshold, James Oliver received in excess of 50 five-star ratings during the period, culminating in a 93% total customer satisfaction score.
