CONDENSATION
Condensation appears when moisture in the air meets colder surfaces, such as windows. It’s a common assumption that when condensation forms, there must be a problem.
In fact, the opposite tends to be the case! If condensation forms on the outside pane of your windows it means that they’re performing as they should – keeping the cold air out and the inside of your home warm and comfortable.
Only if you see condensation appearing on the internal panes of a double- or triple-glazed unit should you be concerned.
