SURVEYING
Once you’ve placed your order, a member of the surveying team from your retailer will visit your property, take measurements, and ensure that the design is structurally suitable. Before any work commences, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss details and talk about any changes, if necessary.
If planning permission is required for your build, the surveyor will also gather the information required and submit the relevant planning drawings on your behalf.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
Conservatory Outlet will complete your planning application and submit this, along with all relevant drawings and technical details, to your local council.
Timeframes vary by project and by council, but you should allow 8 weeks for NCS approval and 10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission.

SCHEDULE OF WORKS
Once all the details and permissions have been arranged, your Premium Retailer will place your order for manufacture at Conservatory Outlet. We work hand-in-hand with our retailers to ensure all details and measurements are perfect before they enter production.
Your retailer will then manage everything on your behalf – assigning a schedule of works to coordinate all the relevant trades people until your project is complete.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Your Premium Retailer works to an approved Building Standards Manual, ensuring excellent standards are adhered to throughout any building and installation works. Regular training is conducted with all teams to ensure the relevant processes are followed.
You can be certain your project will be installed with the utmost care and attention, with minimum disruption to your home and garden.
FINISHING
Once your project has been carefully installed, your retailer will ensure you’re fully satisfied with everything and rectify any final snags before officially signing off the completed project.
