Our old conservatory roof was near K******d, almost totally cream crackered. We were desperate, what could we do, we needed a hero crew. Guess who came to the rescue, 5 Star Windows of Kidderminster, that's who! The teams were scheduled, they did their bit, what a fabulous job the fitters did of it. Roof dismantled and reformed, transforming our aspect of rain on a tin roof. Plasterers did sterling work, so clean, you hardly knew they'd been. The Sparky's lights sparkled like stars in the night, glistening so clear and bright. We watched in amazement; our hearts skipped a beat. It really was a real treat, little mess, stress free cleaning it gave quality a real meaning. Our grateful thanks to all who dared to replace our poor old conservatory roof.

We have nothing but praise for 5 Star from the first home visit to choose our new door, the visit from the surveyor to check measurements and the fitter who arrived promptly on a day that was pouring with rain. He fitted the door expertly ....the coffee helped!!. He made good round the door frames and left no mess at all. Well done 5 Star, we would highly recommend them and would use them again for any future needs.

The staff at Premier Windows were very friendly and helpful. They designed our conservatory extension and explained the process clearly to us and the team who built and constructed it were very professional and hard working. They were considerate of our needs and made minimal disturbance. We are very pleased with the result.

The service has been second to none from the young man in the Kidderminster showroom, the admin team, the salesman who helped us choose, the knowledgeable surveyor & finally the very experienced, friendly, installer.  The installation was seamless & Paul did an amazing job leaving the front of our home looking fabulous & the house very clean & tidy.  Great job - would definitely recommend ….

We had our extension built within 4-5 weeks and all the workers were lovely and professional - If there were any issues, they came the very next day to sort them out. The order of works just seemed to flow from digging out the foundations, building the walls, adding the roof and the windows and doors. Communication was good and we were kept up to date, almost daily, to what has been completed and what to expect next and when, so we weren't left in the dark as to who was coming next to do what. When the 'snagger' came out at the end of the build, he was honest and upfront about things and made a couple of small changes which we wouldn't have known about or realised, but he was honest and got the small snags sorted before we paid the final payment. overall a good company with experienced builders/fitters and excellent communication skills!

Everyone at 5* were exceptional. Questions answered promptly workmanship brilliant. All workmen arrived promptly and were very courteous and were great at cleaning up. I would certainly recommend the company.

Craig really listened to me and I ended up with a good looking front door. The lads that came out to install the front door were delightful, really helpful and took time to explain things with no mess left so my driveway was left clean and tidy. So this year 5 Star have done two sets of replacement windows for me. The first, a complicated set of windows due to an old building with quirky features, that the bigger national window companies either declined completely or quoted ridiculous amounts of £££. Not so 5 Star - they took the job on and although it wasn’t plain sailing they did not sign it off until it was perfect. The owner of the company even appeared at my door to apologise for the slight delay and to reassure me that the job would be completed to the highest standards. A slight snag post completion was sorted instantly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The second job a standard window and quick order, fit and completion. Could not recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service and after care.

New composite back door from 5 star - good experience from beginning to end. A designer, Ashfaq, came within a week after we phoned and offered good advice about choices. The door was made and fitted within 5 weeks. Paul, the fitter was excellent- friendly and professional, clearing up well after he finished. Very happy with the quality of the product and its installation

Everyone at 5 Star was great from start to finish - patient, helpful, informative, courteous - in person, by email and by 'phone. The process was easy - less so the choosing of design or paint colour due to such a wide range of options, though! There was one very small issue but it has been resolved without quibble. I'd recommend the company for quality and service. Thank you for a beautiful front door and tidy installation.

I would highly recommend 5 Star Windows. From the initial visit to quote, to the follow-up visit to the installation, the staff were all exceptionally friendly yet professional. The two guys that installed the windows & front door were so careful and tidied as they worked, having laid dust sheets everywhere to ensure very little mess anyway. They spent time demonstrating the features of the windows and checked that I was happy with everything before leaving on both days.

Top service from start to finish. Great work from the fitters who were professional and friendly. Had windows and French doors fitted in less than two days. The price was also excellent as wee took advantage of the discounts available during the summer. Can't find any faults.

5star windows and conservatories came out to look at our conservatory roof , which was fibre glass old and discoloured.We decided to change the roof as the space was not being used in the winter or hot summer (when we had one !)It was a difficult build due to its position sandwiched between end of the house and a garage wall which was on higher ground than the house .Throughout the build they were on time , cleaned up at each stage and there was great communication with Lauren Bridgewater who kept us informed on the build and also any problems that occurred due to it’s difficult position.We now have a great room which will be well used all year round .

From consultation, to quote, installation and electrics everything was completed on time, on budget and on spec and I am delighted with my new conservatory. The workmen done a brilliant and it was a clean & tidy installation. Customer service kept me updated and informed every step of the process. Overall a good and honest company with good products. We had windows and doors fitted by an excellent team. My only concern is when things are faulty. I had a sealed unit that was marked and it took several weeks to get it replaced .1st replacement was faulty and had to be reordered.Some handles that I wanted replacing on existing products proved a problem . This was due to poor measuring by surveyer and poor communication with the person who order them.

No pressure from the sales team. Great advice given in the comfort of our home. 5 windows fitted and conservatory door replaced with french doors. Can't believe the difference. Fitters were on time and polite. Can't find anything wrong. Highly recommended. Thank you, 5 star.

From start to finish, no pressure sales. Everything planned to perfection, fitting of Windows and doors was to the promised timescale. Quality and design layout of Windows and Doors perfect, great locking mechanisms. 20 year guarantee. What more could you ask for.

Fitters were fantastic Great professional job and were clean and tidy  Filled in plaster and silicon where minor knocks had happened and removed all old products and waste  Would recommended 

The whole process from start to finish ran quite smoothly although it took a lot longer than it should. This was mainly due to the weather. The building work was interrupted by rain on some occasions. However the builders carried on as best they could and the job was done satisfactorily. I kept them going with tea and sausage sandwiches on a daily basis. On a critical note they could've been a bit cleaner after each day's work. But they were cheerful and helpful. On another critical note there was quite a long delay between the builders finishing and the doors and windows arriving. This process could've been speeded up. All of the men who came to perform various tasks were professional and did a good job. There was also good communication with the office who always responded quickly to any queries. Overall I would recommend 5Star as a company to anyone thinking of a conservatory or extension.

5 Star Windows recently fitted a replacement roof on my conservatory. I have been totally happy with the whole experience from the initial consultation to the electrician fitting my new light. Extra praise for the roof fitters who were very fast & efficient. 5 Star really lived up to their name.

Fantastic experience with 5 Star Windows from start to finish. We have had our conservatory replaced with new windows and a new ‘warm’ roof and we are so pleased with the results. Trademark have supplied and installed bifold doors, sliding doors and a single door over the last seven months.  Their work is of a high standard and they attended to a problem with the single door promptly.

5 Star provided a professional service from beginning to end! The salesman was a perfect gent who took us through several proposals until we achieved exactly what we wanted. The product is absolutely wonderful and the installation team just amazing! The finished brickwork looks original and the swept up every evening and vacuumed the room before handover. I recommend them to anyone - well done team!

Excellent quality windows doors ect, at a very reasonable market rate . from order to delivery was less than quoted and the team fitted in with my requirements. We have used Premier previously so knew the service to expect. It was a pleasure to deal with all the staff, from quotation to installation. No pressure quotation, and efficient professional fitting. Very pleased with the installation.

Excellent customer service with full explanation of the process. Arrived on time each visit when providing quote and when measuring. Kept to time scale as promised when booked installation. Area all tidied and clear when finished job and provided demonstration how to use window and paperwork on how to maintain. Would definitely recommend.

The salesmen was polite, punctual and listened carefully to what we wanted. The price seemed a lot but we accepted it. The work began when we asked for it to begin. The team arrived with their kit on time. Both fitters worked non-stop. Even the radio, for which they didn't ask permission, wasn't intrusive. The work is excellent. They cleared up most of the mess and everything was left in working order. Unfortunately, one of the doors needed some attention to facilitate opening and closing, but an engineer was here very quickly and made the necessary adjustments very quickly. We are very satisfied with our new carport.

We recently had replacement conservatory installed by 5 Star. The original introduction survey was carried out by Ross who was professional didn't try to pressure and took time to allow us to make a decision to suit us. The price was very competitive and the quality of the product is excellent. The fitting team arrived on time and quickly and efficiently removed the old conservatory and had the new one up, secure and water tight before 5.00pm. Came back the following day on time and finished the job. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up and removed any rubbish as they went. Extremely pleased with the whole process and the service and support was definitely 5 star.

It's in the name...5 Star did a great job on our little extension. We were originally going to have a conservatory, but decided to go for a proper brickwork build with a warm roof. What was great about 5Star was that, firstly, they were competitive on price, beating some other quotes we had, and they could also start the work quicker as they have a few teams of builders. All the work was carried out to a high standard, communication was very good from 5Star and everything was done when they said it would be. We are very happy with our new room!

Well-named company! A five-star experience from start to finish, even though this was, for them, a comparatively small job - the replacement of a front door: 1. salesman Ran, who was polite, patient, informative and attentive (unlike his opposite number at another similarly local supplier) - and gave me the 'bottom-line' price directly without the usual interminable double-glazing rubbish of "this is the top-line price; I'll see what discounts several phone calls can achieve". 2. the installation engineer Lewis, who was also polite and informative, and thorough and tidy in his work. 3. Installation Manager Adam who attended to answer a couple of queries and effect some very minor adjustments and communicated with me as a human being, not 'just another customer'. Communication with the company in all regards has been totally adequate without any hint of being pushy. Yes, Five Stars!

5 Star by name gives 5 star experience The fitter was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He was able to refit the architrave on the inside of the door which has made a great difference to the aesthetic of the hallway.. hugely impressive! His experience was evident and hoovered up at each stage so that dust and mess was kept to minimum.

All the work was carried out quickly and efficiently by very friendly workmen. The only problem we had was with the finance options which were initially Ok but later became unworkable for some unknown reason.

The whole process was incredible smooth and easy and I was given a really good deal to upgrade the doors. The surveyor even gave us the great idea to open the back door outwards to give us more space in the hallway which has made a huge difference to us.

County have just finshed my replacement conservatory and my wife and I are delighted with the result. The whole process has been worry-free and I don't think that we can find any fault with the installation service. Every workman and supervisor has been excellent and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and from start to finish they have taken away any rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to County to anyone who might be thinking about replacing their old conservatory.

I am very pleased with the way 5 Star handled the replacement of my up and over garage door up with a pedestrian access door. Communication was very good throughout the design and installation process. The finished product looks even better than I was expecting, and a post installation query was responded to very quickly. I highly recommend 5 star and will use again if required in the future.
