Absolutely Brilliant! Thoroughly lovely team, efficient, tidy, proficient and a radio playlist to boot! Absolutely loving our now much cooler Conservatory in the hot weather. Would have no hesitation using 5 Star Windows and Conservatories in the future.

We had an extension built by 5 star and they did a fantastic job. We were sent a plan of works, designating dates, times for each trade. On the date and time the relevant trades were on site and punctual. Thanks to the trades, builders, fitters, plasters and electrican. They were all professional, polite, friendly, helpful and cleaned up afterwards. Any queries where answered by a quick phone call. I would recommend 5 star.

The salesmen was polite, punctual and listened carefully to what we wanted. The price seemed a lot but we accepted it. The work began when we asked for it to begin. The team arrived with their kit on time. Both fitters worked non-stop. Even the radio, for which they didn't ask permission, wasn't intrusive. The work is excellent. They cleared up most of the mess and everything was left in working order. Unfortunately, one of the doors needed some attention to facilitate opening and closing, but an engineer was here very quickly and made the necessary adjustments very quickly. We are very satisfied with our new carport.

We recently had replacement conservatory installed by 5 Star. The original introduction survey was carried out by Ross who was professional didn't try to pressure and took time to allow us to make a decision to suit us. The price was very competitive and the quality of the product is excellent. The fitting team arrived on time and quickly and efficiently removed the old conservatory and had the new one up, secure and water tight before 5.00pm. Came back the following day on time and finished the job. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up and removed any rubbish as they went. Extremely pleased with the whole process and the service and support was definitely 5 star.

It's in the name...5 Star did a great job on our little extension. We were originally going to have a conservatory, but decided to go for a proper brickwork build with a warm roof. What was great about 5Star was that, firstly, they were competitive on price, beating some other quotes we had, and they could also start the work quicker as they have a few teams of builders. All the work was carried out to a high standard, communication was very good from 5Star and everything was done when they said it would be. We are very happy with our new room!

Very pleased we chose this company. So wary these days of who you contract with, Premier are very helpful. They have done a great job. The team were brilliant doing the installation, very neat, great finish around the windows. Overall very happy Would use again for another installation. Thank you to all at Premier.

We were pleased with the installation carried out by Simon and Colin who were very helpful. The only improvement would have been a listing of the work to be carried out before commencement.

Well-named company! A five-star experience from start to finish, even though this was, for them, a comparatively small job - the replacement of a front door: 1. salesman Ran, who was polite, patient, informative and attentive (unlike his opposite number at another similarly local supplier) - and gave me the 'bottom-line' price directly without the usual interminable double-glazing rubbish of "this is the top-line price; I'll see what discounts several phone calls can achieve". 2. the installation engineer Lewis, who was also polite and informative, and thorough and tidy in his work. 3. Installation Manager Adam who attended to answer a couple of queries and effect some very minor adjustments and communicated with me as a human being, not 'just another customer'. Communication with the company in all regards has been totally adequate without any hint of being pushy. Yes, Five Stars!

5 Star by name gives 5 star experience The fitter was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He was able to refit the architrave on the inside of the door which has made a great difference to the aesthetic of the hallway.. hugely impressive! His experience was evident and hoovered up at each stage so that dust and mess was kept to minimum.

Great from start to finish, Graham and Anthony who fitted the windows were amazing. Can’t wait for our extension to be built so that we can get 5 Star back again!!🤗

All the work was carried out quickly and efficiently by very friendly workmen. The only problem we had was with the finance options which were initially Ok but later became unworkable for some unknown reason.

The whole process was incredible smooth and easy and I was given a really good deal to upgrade the doors. The surveyor even gave us the great idea to open the back door outwards to give us more space in the hallway which has made a huge difference to us.

County have just finshed my replacement conservatory and my wife and I are delighted with the result. The whole process has been worry-free and I don't think that we can find any fault with the installation service. Every workman and supervisor has been excellent and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and from start to finish they have taken away any rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to County to anyone who might be thinking about replacing their old conservatory.

I am very pleased with the way 5 Star handled the replacement of my up and over garage door up with a pedestrian access door. Communication was very good throughout the design and installation process. The finished product looks even better than I was expecting, and a post installation query was responded to very quickly. I highly recommend 5 star and will use again if required in the future.

Over the past 3 years Premier have fitted 2 external doors and a window for us. On every occasion the service has been excellent, from the initial visit through to the fitting.

We had 2 quotes. 5 Star were well below the other and produced a first class result. We were well pleased.

I first used trademark windows in the 1990s 30 + years later i called them to replace them . Yet again the best quote straight forward honest non of the hard sales pitch you hear about . Very flexible on installation my wife has disabled aides they were very careful not to damage any thing covered all things like stairlift . after dates agreed very impressed with the installation team . As They had to install a lintel i was very happy with the job . Great windows they explained how the vents work hinges etc. Cleaned up behind themselves the whole job finished left clean and tidy we are very happy with the swift job done in no time very courteous and understanding of our house . Cant praise them enough Regards very grateful customer

From the beginning to end a great service with a competitive quote. Every aspect was easy and professional e.g.: initial sales survey, choice of options, visiting showroom to review options, easy to understand quote breakdown, pre-installation check, installation and post installation. The installation team were great, on time, fitted windows perfectly, made good any surrounding areas, and cleaned up every day. TradeMark were the only company that offered the latest regulation, full fire escape windows as an option, which we chose. Even with these the quote was the best. The guarantee is excellent and they even provide a post installation council building service inspection with certificate you need when you sell your house. The MD Mark, bundled in a small extra job, not quoted for. They even exceeded my high expectations. We definitely made the right choice.

I first used Five Sar Windows about 15 years ago when they installed lovely sliding patio doors in my kitchen. Recently, in my new house they have replaced a huge lounge window and a bedroom window, both supported properly with steel lintels where a previous company had not fitted lintels at all. Now, they've replaced draughty glass doors leading to the conservatory with lovely secure, double glazed French doors. Excellent installers even replaced the wooden surround in order to preserve the wood theme of the conservatory. Friendly service. Two surveys before installation. No long delay. Lovely, professional work. No mess. Why shop around?

Moved into a new house & windows were the first priority, Did some research & found 5 Star Windows. Made an appointment & saw the quality of their products were better than another Window company. I ordered nine windows & patio doors. That was 2022.Everything went to plan & no problems so far. On to 2023 & i needed new porch doors & side panels, so once again rang 5 Star Windows. All ordered & fitted no problems. On to 2024 & i needed a new back door.....so who do i call? Of course 5 Star Windows!! Back door fitted & working no problems. Sorry 5 Star Windows, everything done now. But!! moving in the next couple of years & who am i going to call?........... 5 Star Windows!!

Following a rep knocking our door we thought we would give 5 star a go and I'm glad we did. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable helping tus to understand the products and detail the difference between the window quality they supply and the cheaper alternatives you get elsewhere. The fitters were quick and very efficient cleaning up and taking my old windows and door with them to dispose. The windows and doors are of a great quality and look amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

We'd already had excellent service last year with the whole house having new windows, so it was an easy decision to ask them to supply and fit a new composite front door. From the initial visit to select styles and colour, to the survey and then to the fitting, where the job was left spotless, beautifully fitted and exactly what we'd ordered. We cant fault 5 Star Windows and would recommend to anyone. Great job, thankyou !!!

This was a great experience throughout. No pressure sales, just a guy who knew exactly what he was talking about and delivered me an acceptable price without any silly sales gimmicks. This was the best price out of multiple quotes. Installation day arrived and could not have been smoother. Two great guys super friendly and efficient. We now have a conservatory to be proud of. Guess this firm isn't called 5 Star for nothing. Thank you so much.

Delighted with our new patio doors! All the staff from ordering to installation have been very polite and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if correspondence hadn’t kept being addressed to my partner who had previously requested a quote for something else at this address. A minor issue but just a bit irritating when I am paying for it.

After a couple of initial administrative problems, we were thoroughly delighted with the standard of the windows fitted, that have made a fantastic feature to the views from our house. The fitters, John & Lucas, were superb & polite, doing a great job. We would have left a five star review, had it not been for the admin errors. On the whole though, well done.

5 Star provided an excellent service from start to finish. The quotation was in-depth and very reasonable, and the team were flexible regarding our requirements.  The installation was scheduled quickly, and the completed on the time frame given to a high standard.  A couple of minor issues were quickly rectified when notified.  Very happy, and can highly recommend. 

I have used this company many times over the last 20 years for my house renovations in a range of different properties. The prices are always competitive and the workmanship of the installations excellent. Their teams of fitters are knowledgeable and efficient, working swiftly and always leave the place clean and tidy. Doors can naturally drop a little once used for a while, especially when the seasons change, they return to make the adjustments quickly, I have never had any problems getting them to return to solve minor issues, sometimes years after the installation!

Just had our kitchen completely redesigns by Bon Accord Kitchens. From start to finish they were brilliant and could not do enough to accomodate our minor changes throughout the fitting. The fitteing teams was excellent and worked really hard to make sure we had a kitchen up within a few weeks. Excellent job thank you!

From the man who did the measuring to the man who fitted the door the staff were very professional and really friendly. They did a fabulous job and the door is just what I wanted.

We had Ecofit replace our 2 doors at our house. I would definitely recommend as was a nice and easy process start to finish and left and excellent job. Doors are amazing and guys hoovered up after them. 

From the start of our buying journey (meeting the sales staff) to installation, it’s been nothing but a smooth, stress less journey. We had so many questions, took a lot of time to decide our final design and the patience of the staff is brilliant, not once did we ever feel pressurised into buying anything and we genuinely felt they were listening to our needs. Due to inflation the prices of doors have increased a lot everywhere. We shopped around and visited 4/5 door shops and we found Joedan to have the best prices with the quality to match. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our front aluminium door and we will definitely be going back to buy when we want to get our windows done. Could not recommend them enough.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From sales to fitting and after sales service, I have been so impressed. They are competitively priced for aluminium and the sales and technical staff have been exceptional - really going above and beyond to work with us. We replaced all of our windows and will certainly use again when we do further building work.

Design consultant was friendly and on time.The door fitter did excellent job.The wrong glass was fitted in the door the side panels were fine . The door glass was eventually sorted .Overall i am pleased.

From first telephone call to doors being fitted was just over 6 weeks. All staff very professional. When doors were ready we were contacted only 3 working days before the instal, we could have done with a little more notice but we made it work. On instal, Paul was very professional, just got on with his work and left our house in a clean and tidy state. Would recommend and will contact again for further windows and doors.

I had a new front door fitted a short while ago by 5 Star Windows and Conservatories. The two man team were quick, neat and hardly had time for a cuppa. The door was fitted correctly and there were no issues and no making good for me. I would use them again

We had 5 Star replace an old leaking conservatory roof and they did a brilliant job from start to finish. Every stage from the original visit and estimate to the completion was well organised and well communicated - no surprises. The workmen at every stage were excellent and tidy. 5 star definitely live up to their name. They have been amazing from start to finish. First came across them about 5 years ago when my parents used them for their extension and new front door. 5 years later myself and my partner decided we needed new windows and doors on our 2nd home in order to make it ready into a proper family home for our 3 month old boy. Everyone at the Kidderminster branch has been very helpful and supportive. The whole process was very simple where a lovely guy Ash came out to give us a quote and go through everything with us. It’s a little different having to choose everything yourself when your first home was a new build and already done for you! Next a surveyor called Dean came and was brilliant and also the admin team behind the scenes especially Melissa who has been there to help with all the questions. Finally the installation team Dave and Luke were amazing and made the 2 days so smooth sailing especially with having the little one and a dog. Thankyou again to everyone at 5 star, will definitely recommend you to all friends and family just like my parents did with us.

Purchased a new back door. Whole process was excellent. The old back door was removed and the new one fitted in less than 2 hours. Very impressive. Fitter was really good and very respectful. Cleared up after himself.

We had 4 new windows fitted in one day by two very helpful and courteous guys who did a tremendous job, clearing away all the rubbish and old windows and leaving everything spick and span. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We are extremely pleased with the finished result at a very good price too.

Professional service with efficient and effective staff. Although there was some snagging to be addressed after the fitting of our 5 windows a site surveyor came out to review the work done and ensure that everything was resolved with one further visit, which it was.

Visitors had damaged the mechanism on two of my tilt and turn windows. Premier really gave excellent service and prioritised the job to make sure the house was secure. Both windows are now fully functional and all for a reasonable cost. Well done to the whole team. Highly recommended

Overall very happy with the windows and the service. The guy who came out to quote was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't give us the hard sale. He clearly was confident that the product and service was top quality (not in an arrogant way), and just let the objective facts speak for themselves. A very different experience from other companies we received quotes from who were pushy, derogatory of other companies and their products, and made wild claims about themselves that fell apart with one simple Google search. This company earned my trust (no small feat) and they didn't disappoint. They installed 4 windows quickly and at a reasonable price (without scaffolding, despite what other companies said), and we were so happy with them that we got them back shortly afterwards to fit a 5th window that we had previously been on the fence about. The only minor disappointment was the hassle of getting the FENSA certificate. I had to chase so many times, and then they issued certificates for the wrong number of windows, and I had to chase several times again to get it sorted. But I did get it sorted in the end. I wouldn't only deduct half a star if I could. As far as I'm concerned, the most important thing is the quality of the windows and the installation, and I'm very happy with them, so I would recommend this company.

This is the third time I have used Trademark Windows  for the installation of double glazing and I highly recommend them.  From initial enquiry then house visits when every option was explained in detail.  Photos were take front and back so that we could see how our house would look with the windows of our choice.  Every detail of the project was covered.  We were kept notified throughout the process of likely delivery and installation dates.  The installation team were excellent.  They were happy to keep us appraised at each stage of the installation.  It was great to see and appreciate their expertise.  Seven windows removed and replaced and not a speck of dust left anywhere.  All in all, an excellent team job which displayed the first class standards shown by all at Trademark Windows.
