Our windows have now been finished and I have signed and returned with Jim, the letter that needed signing on completion of the work. We would like to express how wonderful Jim has been. Our house is not straightforward and he gave every window the extra care that was needed to fit them in a sympathetic way. After the first few days of different fitters turning up it was wonderful to have Jim as a constant here. He was always on time in the mornings, polite, careful to cover our belongings and always tidied up at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we can not thank him enough. We are very happy with our new windows and we now feel as though we have a new house!

Installation process would benefit from regular quality control. Pre-installation could benefit from quality control on products before leaving warehouse.

We have dealt with Mitchell Glass for over 30 years and have always been entirely satisfied with the work they have carried out for us.

The whole process from start to finish was easy, well-explained and good value for money. On installation of our front door, the workmen were unable to reattach our alarm system to the new door, but 5* happily refunded the cost of our electrician to rectify this. We have been extremely pleased with the door since we have had it.

I ordered a new front door, and the lead time was exceptionally quick, and there was no delay once I had that date. I had a call to confirm the date and time, and on the installation date the 2 joiners turned up on time and quickly set to work. They were so professional, and tidy, as well as just getting on with the job.. I am so impressed with my new front door, it is very good looking, and extremely well made. Its a wild and windy day here and i live on top of a hill, and yet I can hear no noise of the weather outdoors. I can tell already that this new front door is going to make my house very cozy an comfortable, and most importantly I will feel 100% safe and secure. I am so glad I chose Bon Accord Glass for this project, and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Beautiful windows, although insert T-bar was a bit disappointing. Mistake on bay window, however resolved very well.

We are returning customers due to our complete satisfaction with our original purchase 3 years ago. We have now replaced our windows, front door and patio doors and both experiences have been flawless and professional. I am sure there must be other companies who would provide a lower price product but we are delighted with our purchase and the value for money. The workmen who came were efficient, prompt and tidy. There was no fuss or disruption and the finished job looks great and has improved our insulation over our older windows. I'm delighted that we don't have to think about future maintenance too. I would definitely use Mitchell Glass again and will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Because it is a family company the whole service is just so much more personal.

I found the whole process very good. The workmen who installed my garage door were first rate. The advisor who came to my house put no pressure on me. My only niggle might have been the process took longer than I was told but as I was in no hurry it did not bother me. I will certainly use Bonaccord Glass if I need to.

The white flush window replaced brown wooden ones. They look absolutely amazing. SO pleased with the design and appearance.

Pennine have just completed my project of new flush fitted windows, patio door, composite back and front door. Two fitters arrived early and completed project over two days. They were very polite and efficient and cleared the mess as they worked. They protected my furnishings and offered helpful advice on maintainance. I am completely satisfiedwith products and found the whole experience trouble free. I would recommend Pennine without hesitation.

We had 2doors, 2bay windows and 12 windows fitted with Pennine, what a great service from Billy and the other 3 lads(A team) took only 1day to do project. Would recommend Pennine.

From start to finish everything went according to what we were told at first meeting. work was completed on time & workmanship was first class.

I had all of my windows and front door replaced by Pennine Home Improvements. The job was completed in 3 days, which was great as it meant it was all completed the weekend before Christmas. This job included scaffolding and bricking up which they used sub-contractors for - they were also great. The lads were lovely and very helpful, as were the people from the office. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

I thoroughly recommend Pennine Home Improvements. I was a bit nervous committing to such a big project, but the team at Pennine answered all my questions, made sure I was really happy with the plans and made it a hassle-free experience. I was kept well-informed of progress and found all the staff and workmen to be polite and professional. Some of the work was delayed due to bad weather - but it was quickly re-arranged and was still finished quicker than I expected. I am thrilled with my fabulous new orangery - thank you!

The salesman at Mitchells was very friendly and welcoming and also very knowledgeable of the product and able to advise us and answer all questions clearly. He was also straightforward and honest - no sales ‘pitch’ - which was greatly appreciated. The fitters were friendly, polite and punctual and completed both days of work surprisingly quickly and efficiently. The new doors look really lovely and we are very pleased to have chosen Mitchells to supply and fit them for us. My overall experience is that the company is ‘First Class’ and we will definitely recommend them to others and choose them again for future projects.

Whilst the whole service and products have been great I am particularly grateful to the fitters. They explained everything when asked and perhaps more importantly they located three minor issues which they reported and had remedied quickly and efficiently. It was a no-stress experience on our behalf and we're really happy with the end result.

This was the second time I'd used 5 Star, they'd previously replaced all the single glazed windows and doors. Following a small extension about 5 years ago, where the builder (no longer in business) had fitted a set of bi-folding doors from an unknown source and which have been nothing but a problem since fitted I decided to have them replaced. 5 Star were quick to respond and provided helpful advice etc. They fitted a set of sliding doors very quickly and efficiently. The doors are of high quality as are the handles etc. A job well done. I'd have no problem in recommending them.

I have been very impressed with my new windows and doors from 5 Star Windows & Conservatories. No pushy salesmen but good honest answers to all my questions and concerns. Double Glazing Companies have a bad press normally but this company makes you feel comfortable and reassured with your purchases. From making my enquiries and getting other quotes tis company came out tops! Also had great reviews from other acquaintances and friends who have used them in the past. Thank you 5 Star I feel like I have a new house and I have had plenty of compliments about them.

Our new door was installed by two members of Bon Accord staff, they were well mannered and very professional they arrived on time the workmanship was excellent. We were well informed about the use of our new door and information on out the new keys. We are very pleased with our new door fitted to a high standard which has improved the look of our home. We would definitely use Bon Accord glass again .

Front door installed, job was very well done. But a crack in the door after installing was found, waiting for replacement.

This was a big deal to my wife and I changing our windows and doors but there was no need to have any concerns, from initial contact to the end of the process has been seamless, nothing was a problem to any of the Bon Accord employees. Highly recommend them and add that to the quality of the workmanship and product, just by seeing the new windows and doors fitted would be recommendation enough.

Neighbours and friends have been very complimentary of the work Orion have done. I also am very pleased with the standard and quality. It has transformed the appearance of my house whilst also making it warmer. Thank you. However, I and my 'observant' neighbours are of the belief that first appearances are vitally important. Can you imagine how my heart sank and was horrified when your fitters first arrived. A filthy van and fitters in equally filthy work clothes. Not a very professional appealing sight at all. 'Cowboys' were my first thoughts - not born out with the finished job thank goodness. But oh how your image plummeted in those first minutes.

Excellent Welwyn Garden showroom with helpful staff very nice welcome by receptionist. Installation team worked well together (Ashley & James) and were very tidy and thoughtful. Disappointing moulding marks on UPVC frames sadly could have been left with cleaner windows.

Start time changed by company. Fitters had not been informed so turned up at PM instead of 0800 which the company informed me is when they would arrive.

We are extremely pleased with our bifold doors, which have transformed our lounge. The whole thing was painless and installation was done in just over half a day. The fitters and the surveyor were very professional and worked well with our builder who prepared the site. No hesitation in recommending Trademark. In fact on our recommendation my daughter has had a nearly indentical set of bifolds installed by Trademark. We looked at several companies before deciding on Trademark, and they lived up to our expectations.
