We have additional health and safety measures in place for our team members including sales consultants, designers, engineers and tradespeople where they are required to visit your home. Our field-based team will shortly be issued with FFP3 Masks where ever possible, which meet the guidance of the World Health Organisation, and will be happy to wear them at your request for the duration of their visit (a member of our office team will discuss this with you beforehand).
Staff will also be required to take their temperature twice daily using a company provided LCD Digital Thermometer and to submit these readings to head office. They will confirm to you when they arrive at your property that they do not have a fever or any other symptoms of COVID-19.
