Conservatory Outlet Shortlisted for a Local Business Award
Conservatory Outlet has been shortlisted by the Wakefield Business Awards and is in the running to be crowned the region’s best employer.
Now in its tenth year, the event celebrates the achievements of companies based in Wakefield.
Nominated as the Employer of the Year, Conservatory Outlet was shortlisted for its commitment to providing pathways into the world of work and personal training plans.
The company’s apprenticeship programme has been extremely successful and covers both office and manufacturing staff of all ages. Many Conservatory Outlet employees have benefitted from apprenticeship schemes, including school leavers starting their professional careers, those switching sectors and those wanting to continue their development and gain additional qualifications.
The awards ceremony takes place next week at Wakefield’s historic Theatre Royal.
