It started when Free Fallin’ came on the radio one afternoon.

In a moment of silence, Tom Petty’s voice filled up the office.

Now I’m free, free fallin’
Yeah I’m free, free fallin’

That was the spark. In a split second, a decision was made. “What if…”

Messages were exchanged and calls were made. Some people needed a little encouragement. Others, less so.

And then, a few days later, a voice rose up. “There’s no going back, we’re all booked on. The Outlet is going to be let out of an aeroplane.”

During our annual Gala Dinner weekend, Karen Clough (Conservatory Outlet), Richard Manser (5 Star Windows & Conservatories), Stewart Kelly (Eden Windows), Joey Heaton (TWC Home Improvements), Mervyn and Lindsey Stanley (ERG Scotland), Paul Reid, Garry Myles and Sarah Boyle (Ecofit) will take part in a sponsored tandem skydive to help raise funds for our nominated charity, the NSPCC.

The NSPCC is the United Kingdom’s leading children’s charity and has been operating for over 130 years. The organisation works across all four home nations and in the past five years, has helped make the lives of over 6 million children safer. It’s a fantastic charity and one that we’re honoured to support and fundraise for.
