I found ERG very efficient from Quote to fitting. When looking for a new front door ERG were the best value for money, the rep went through the options on what was the best door for our house and was very knowledgeable about all the doors in the catalogue. The engineer who fitted the door was very thorough and made very little mess and made a neat job of fitting the door. The new door has made a big difference to the warmth to the house but not only that the look of the front of the house. ERG have given me a great service and a good quality door at a very reasonable price.

We chose 5 Star as they had carried out work on another property for us. From start to finish the service we received was excellent. From the sales staff to the fitters, our jobs were stress-free. Sales team explained what was available and the cost (No hidden extras). We were given dates for the fitting of the products ( 11 windows followed at a later date by patio doors). The fitters arrived on time on the specified dates, and worker efficiently and professionally with brilliant attention to detail. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy. The reason that we mention "Jobs" is because we were so impressed with the initial installation of the windows that we elected to have our patio door replaced at a later date. We have been so impressed by both the service we received and the quality of the products, we would recommend 5 Star to anyone considering replacement windows and doors

The quality of the windows and door is excellent. The process from quotation by Colin to survey by David and support from Caitlin was clear, straightforward and helpful by all involved. Kieran the fitter was polite and helpful and the internal finish he completed was excellent.

From beginning to end all trades were excellent and couldn’t fault them. However what let the Company down was the administration! Booked dates then confirmed different dates. Booking electrician same time as clean down. Clean down only thought they had doors left to clean when in actual fact whole project,  so delayed. If they sort the admin out would be 5*

Very pleased with our new patio doors. They look great, and are exactly what we wanted. Seamless process, from measuring up and quoting to final installation. Lee, the fitter was extremely professional, tidy, efficient has made an excellent job of fitting them for us.

We are in the process of renovation our home in Totalnd and started what I thought would be the dreaded process of finding a com many to do provide a quotation to replace all the doors and windows with new powder coated flush casement aluminium joinery. We ended up nailing it down to two companies, both local and with good reputations, and after meeting both, settled up Jordan to carry out the work. We went to their show room in Newport and were immediately impressed by the friendly reception (Abbie?). We then met Callum, one of the sales chaps who was a total delight and not at all your archetypal double glazing salesman. He was very knowledgeable, gave all the time we needed and took care look to show us all the options in the show room which was hugely helpful as we could see exactly what would be getting. Callum then came out to the house to do a comprehensive survey, again, taking time to answer any questions, put forward suggestions that might help and then went away to work out the quotation. Again, no pressure selling at any point.  We awarded Jordan the contract feeling confident that we would be getting great quality windows and just as importantly, service. This was quickly confirmed when Steve came to do the surveying and has been back a couple of times since to make absolutely sure he was happy with what was being made. We are now very excited about seeing the new doors and windows starting to go in as of the 1st December. Great products, excellent service so far and fair pricing. Oh yes, that reminds me; their price includes the removal and disposal of all the old joinery and doors which is great. Many thanks Callum, Steve, Abie and all at Joedan - we can't wait to see the new joinery going in!

We tried several firms in our search for some replacement windows and in the end we liked the approach of Trademark and their products, as seen in their showroom. Not pushy but just a polite, gentle explanation of their products, an approach which went a long way to our decision to go Trademark. In addition, they were very accommodating to our request for different colours internally and externally. The fitters were very efficient, polite and left a very clean site afterwards. Company very helpful helping me to choose which windows, and what type, to be fitted. Kept me informed of the progress of the window production and proposed fitting dates. Fitters were very tidy, efficient and courteous at all times. Would highly recommend ERG.

TradeMark Windows installed a bay window for us, replacing the rotting, single-paned window we had before. The service was quick, the old window was taken away and the area was left tidy. We are happy to use a local provider too.

We approached TradeMark Windows because our nextdoor neighbour had used them and the windows looked amazing on her period property. The service we received from the original quote to instillation, which was less than a month in total, was top notch. My only slight grumble was the amount of broken glass from our old windows that was left in our flower boarders.  Overall though, I would have no reservations with recommending TradeMark Windows and I will use them again for a couple of smaller windows at the back of the property in the future. 

We needed a new window to help accommodate a downstairs toilet and study plus a very small one in our cupboard. When the Surveyor attended he suggested the best approach to make the most of light in the toilet and in my smaller study. The windows were fitted very professionally and with care and we are delighted with the results. We would recommend Trademark and will definitely come back to them when we need more work in the future.

The process was very easy and they were quick to complete the work. There was a small mishap where a bit of the door wasn't attached properly but once we called it was very quickly sorted, so really appreciated that service! Only reason not giving 5 stars was because it had been missed in first instance but as said very quickly rectified and everything else went smoothly keeping 4 stars!

I would definitely recommend Trademark Windows following the installation of our door. Throughout the process we were kept up to date, able to make changes where necessary and now have a modern, stylish front door which has greatly helped with thermal efficiency.

All done in a day without a hitch. The installers were very professional. Couldn't have gone better.

They listened to some specific requirements and met the brief. Adam even sourced a new locking mechanism, which is appreciated. The replacement door look great, I am very pleased. Only minor whinge is the delay on installation, but only a minor moan.

An excellent installation by Amir and Theo. Amir is a true craftsman and ensured that I was happy with every aspect of his work before leaving my house.

Apart from a few initial design issues and subsequent communication issues, the whole process was completed in a generally professional, clean and tidy manner. The tradesman employed were of a high standard with the exception of the electrician who made promises he never kept and appeared unhappy to be working on the project. Initial builder and Plasterer were excellent in their attention to detail and the 5 Star build team were similarly excellent. A clean and tidy work ethic from all.

Had a follow up visit to adjust our bifold doors. Very happy with the job. Big compliment to the staff who came 40 miles to do the job. Quick, neat, tidy. Great ambassadors for the company.

We recently had a new patio door fitted by ERG Scotland, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the service was professional and stress-free. A special mention to Keiran, our fitter, who did an outstanding job — he was punctual, polite, and his attention to detail was excellent. The finish is perfect, and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend ERG for anyone looking for quality workmanship and great customer care.

We initially contacted a few companies to come and quote to replace all of the windows and doors at our property but went with 5 star because the sales approach approach was one of honesty, transparency and zero pressure - some of the other companies who visited tried to put tremendous pressure on us to sign on the dotted line immediately and used all kinds of tactics to try and make the sale. Although the quote was slightly higher, we opted for 5 star because we felt like we could trust them. The scheduling team were professional and helpful and the installation team were great - prompt, tidy and efficient. We’ve only had the windows and doors in for a week, so have not encountered any post installation issues, but I feel confident that if we did or do in the future, they would be handled promptly and efficiently. 

Had 2 new bedroom windows fitted 23rd September, fitter arrived on time, workmanship and finish was excellent. he kept the work area clean throughout and when he left you wouldn't have known he had been, had it not been for 2 new windows. Must apologies for not taking his name else I would have commended him by name, highly recommendable.

A kitchen window was required to replace an earlier installer's 3-pane window, now damaged. An additional opening panel was requested. The agreed price was very reasonable, installation was extremely prompt, courteous and efficient. After a wait for the arrival of a replacement for a faulty window handle the company was totally content to wait for my 'time-away' holiday arrangements. Replacement handle was installed and the engineer took care to adjust the friction within the mechanism to accommodate my wife's now, sadly, limited abilities. A very positive experience.

Initial sales pitch was excellent, helped us design what we could afford , not pushy. Fitters were excellent couldn't fault, minimal disruption and cleared up, good product will be back to add more when we can. Only downside was visit on the installation day from client liason officer who was far too pushy and aggressive and upset some neighbours , apart from that couldnt fault and will use again

I now look at the excellent doors which make me feel more secure, they were also expertly fitted.

Very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. We had two excellent fitters who turned up pretty much to the minute and worked closely as a team. We had a new kitchen window, sliding patio doors and a new front door. All work was completed, everything cleaned up and the old items removed by lunch time!!!

All aspects of the job were carried out to a high standard including initial quote, survey and specification, installation and customer service contact. We were looking to update our windows without changing the main appearance of the house. A visit to the showroom with Adam enabled in depth discussion and examples to consider in comparison. These are our second set of windows from Trademark, but this time there were some minor fitting issues however they were resolved within 24hours by the ‘window doctor’. Everyone on the team is always helpful and considerate to the clients needs, thanks Trademark.

Estimator and surveyor were both polite and thorough. The fitters were clearly experienced, did a cracking job and made sure we were happy before they left. Communication and punctuality was great and the price was very competitive.

From the moment the quote was done, excellent service, no hard selling, fitting was quicker than original date which was fantastic, 3 guys worked solidly for 2 days, very polite men, very careful not letting my 2 dogs escape, even taking time to talk to our autistic child, house was left immaculate windows and doors spotless and so was area they was working in. 100% recommend and reasonably priced.

We had a replacement of our old conservatory which was looking and feeling very tired and broken. The replacement is a 100% an improvement the men did an excellent job and we now have a conservatory that not only looks great but all the issues we had with the old one have been solved. The men were polite and completed the work in half the time estimated. They were clean and tidy and all the work they did was done to perfection

Premier windows have been excellent over the years that I have used them to gradually replace all the windows in my house. I would recommend them for their expert knowledge, prompt service and friendly fitters.

From walking into the showroom to the finished orangery, James Oliver took care of everything. We weren't really sure what we were looking for in terms of the build, but we explained what we would use the room for, photos of our house etc and from there we shown different designs from their previous clients builds and looked around lots of examples in the showroom until eventually our tailor made design was born. Every stage of the build had attention to detail, for example matching the cement colour to the original brickwork. Each new team that arrived were friendly and professional. We were always well informed as to what would happen next and when. We chose James Oliver as our friends had used them and we were very impressed with their build. We absolutely adore our new addition to our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend James Oliver to anyone else looking for the perfect home extension.

From start to finish the whole experience was easy to follow from the initial meeting with the salesman who didn't pressure sell,the very efficient survey and probably the best and hardest working window fitter I have seen(Neil).Even the billing was exact and very well explained.

The service from 5 star was amazing with the finish of all the windows and doors being just as good. All the little details were taken care of and executed to perfection as well as the neat finish being on point. Would highly recommend!

Needed some work done that couldn't be completed until other work was done, and ERG hung with me while I was bounced around through that without a word of complaint, even though I know their scheduling got messed about as well. When they did show up, they immediately put on masks without a word of argument (more rare than should be the case, unfortunately) and did a superb job very efficiently. I did feel that each of their teams (sales, customer service and installers) were consistently courteous; I recommend ERG without hesitation.

We had great service from start to finish. The salesman visited our home for the initial quote. He was very informative and we understood the quality of the products and the process to install, but none of the hard sell, which I really liked. We accepted the quote. The guys who installed did a professional job, worked cleanly and took all their mess away. They even did the hoovering when they were finished! The products speak for themselves, they are such good quality. We feel like we have got much more for our money by choosing 5 Star. All staff who we have dealt with have been professional and super friendly. We have no complaints. 100% recommend to anyone. Good job 5 Star, thank you.

Great company to deal with. Even when you know exactly what you want the surveyor will help with suggestions for improvements such as a wider door so our customers can fit through with their luggage etc. They finished the door off beautifully even adding a little extra trim on the inside that I requested to make the finish perfect. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. The whole team are very helpful from salesmen, to fitters, surveyor and office staff...superb..thank you

From start to finish the service has been amazing. We used the website to organise a meeting for a quote. Luke came out to us he was very knowledgeable and helpful! We recently (April 2025) had a new front door and four windows installed in our house in Fortrose, Highland Region and are delighted with the high quality of the products and the skilled workmanship of the installers. The composite door is of the high quality we were looking for since our house faces the sea (about 150 metres away) and the prevailing wind. Despite several days of severe gales and driving rain, it has already proved its worth - an enormous improvement on our previous door which although double glazed allowed the wind to penetrate round its edges. The four PVC windows we had fitted on the north facing side of the house are also impressive. As well as having a high standard of insulation, they are also very attractive to look at, as has been commented on by several visitors. The whole process from the first survey through to final installation was first class, especially the efficiency and friendliness of the staff from salesman, surveyor, receptionist and installers. We should add, that we had a conservatory and garage conversion carried out by ERG Scotland about five years ago and were also very impressed by them.

This is the second time we have used 5 star windows. First time we had all our windows changed which have exceeded expectations and they look fantastic. Most recently we have had a set of bi-folds doors to replace a window. I am absolutely over the moon with them, they look amazing, the quality is second to none and the service has been outstanding. They have given our living room a new modern looking twist whilst creating a great connection with the outside. I would highly recommend this company. I cannot thank them enough!

Installation crew (3 guys) were punctual, polite, very hard working, very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Each evening they left our house very clean & tidy. We are very impressed with the products, which replaced 23 year old Trademark doors & windows. The latest products are a great improvement. Thank you very much to everyone involved. Recently had a new back door installed by 5 Star. Great job. Totally satisfied.

We've had Premier Windows and Conservatories previously to fit new windows, doors and conservatory roof to our house at different times over the last 25 years, always with brilliant service. We now needed 2 new windows in the garage to replace old rotten wooden ones and to replace an old sash window which hadn't been done previously as it is internal to the house due to the conservatory. We didn't even look elsewhere as we have had such good service in the past. The quoting process was excellent with really good advice about the best way to replace the sash window. The wait time for fitting was not too long (and was even sooner than quoted). On the day of fitting, the guys arrived on the dot and got cracking straight away. Dust sheets were put down to protect carpets (and even a dust sheet at the back of the garage). The job was completed to a very high standard and everything cleaned up and all rubbish taken away. The result was better than expected - especially the sash window replacement which we weren't even sure about having done. Cannot recommend this company enough.
