I would definitely recommend Trademark Windows following the installation of our door. Throughout the process we were kept up to date, able to make changes where necessary and now have a modern, stylish front door which has greatly helped with thermal efficiency.

All done in a day without a hitch. The installers were very professional. Couldn't have gone better.

They listened to some specific requirements and met the brief. Adam even sourced a new locking mechanism, which is appreciated. The replacement door look great, I am very pleased. Only minor whinge is the delay on installation, but only a minor moan.

An excellent installation by Amir and Theo. Amir is a true craftsman and ensured that I was happy with every aspect of his work before leaving my house. 

Apart from a few initial design issues and subsequent communication issues, the whole process was completed in a generally professional, clean and tidy manner. The tradesman employed were of a high standard with the exception of the electrician who made promises he never kept and appeared unhappy to be working on the project. Initial builder and Plasterer were excellent in their attention to detail and the 5 Star build team were similarly excellent. A clean and tidy work ethic from all.

We initially contacted a few companies to come and quote to replace all of the windows and doors at our property but went with 5 star because the sales approach approach was one of honesty, transparency and zero pressure - some of the other companies who visited tried to put tremendous pressure on us to sign on the dotted line immediately and used all kinds of tactics to try and make the sale. Although the quote was slightly higher, we opted for 5 star because we felt like we could trust them. The scheduling team were professional and helpful and the installation team were great - prompt, tidy and efficient. We’ve only had the windows and doors in for a week, so have not encountered any post installation issues, but I feel confident that if we did or do in the future, they would be handled promptly and efficiently. 

Had 2 new bedroom windows fitted 23rd September, fitter arrived on time, workmanship and finish was excellent. he kept the work area clean throughout and when he left you wouldn't have known he had been, had it not been for 2 new windows. Must apologies for not taking his name else I would have commended him by name, highly recommendable.

A kitchen window was required to replace an earlier installer's 3-pane window, now damaged. An additional opening panel was requested. The agreed price was very reasonable, installation was extremely prompt, courteous and efficient. After a wait for the arrival of a replacement for a faulty window handle the company was totally content to wait for my 'time-away' holiday arrangements. Replacement handle was installed and the engineer took care to adjust the friction within the mechanism to accommodate my wife's now, sadly, limited abilities. A very positive experience.

Initial sales pitch was excellent, helped us design what we could afford , not pushy. Fitters were excellent couldn't fault, minimal disruption and cleared up, good product will be back to add more when we can. Only downside was visit on the installation day from client liason officer who was far too pushy and aggressive and upset some neighbours , apart from that couldnt fault and will use again

I now look at the excellent doors which make me feel more secure, they were also expertly fitted.

Brilliant service from quote to installation and everything between. Quick efficient and no mess. Would use again in a flash if the need arises. Good looking product too. Nothing too much even when it comes to maintenance of products they didn't supply and fit

Very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. We had two excellent fitters who turned up pretty much to the minute and worked closely as a team. We had a new kitchen window, sliding patio doors and a new front door. All work was completed, everything cleaned up and the old items removed by lunch time!!!

My windows and doors were fitted quickly and professionally,I would not hesitate to recommend 5 star to anybody.

We were looking to update our windows without changing the main appearance of the house. A visit to the showroom with Adam enabled in depth discussion and examples to consider in comparison. These are our second set of windows from Trademark, but this time there were some minor fitting issues however they were resolved within 24hours by the ‘window doctor’. Everyone on the team is always helpful and considerate to the clients needs, thanks Trademark.

Estimator and surveyor were both polite and thorough. The fitters were clearly experienced, did a cracking job and made sure we were happy before they left. Communication and punctuality was great and the price was very competitive.

From the moment the quote was done, excellent service, no hard selling, fitting was quicker than original date which was fantastic, 3 guys worked solidly for 2 days, very polite men, very careful not letting my 2 dogs escape, even taking time to talk to our autistic child, house was left immaculate windows and doors spotless and so was area they was working in. 100% recommend and reasonably priced.

We had a replacement of our old conservatory which was looking and feeling very tired and broken. The replacement is a 100% an improvement the men did an excellent job and we now have a conservatory that not only looks great but all the issues we had with the old one have been solved. The men were polite and completed the work in half the time estimated. They were clean and tidy and all the work they did was done to perfection

Premier windows have been excellent over the years that I have used them to gradually replace all the windows in my house. I would recommend them for their expert knowledge, prompt service and friendly fitters.

From walking into the showroom to the finished orangery, James Oliver took care of everything. We weren't really sure what we were looking for in terms of the build, but we explained what we would use the room for, photos of our house etc and from there we shown different designs from their previous clients builds and looked around lots of examples in the showroom until eventually our tailor made design was born. Every stage of the build had attention to detail, for example matching the cement colour to the original brickwork. Each new team that arrived were friendly and professional. We were always well informed as to what would happen next and when. We chose James Oliver as our friends had used them and we were very impressed with their build. We absolutely adore our new addition to our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend James Oliver to anyone else looking for the perfect home extension.

We had great service from start to finish. The salesman visited our home for the initial quote. He was very informative and we understood the quality of the products and the process to install, but none of the hard sell, which I really liked. We accepted the quote. The guys who installed did a professional job, worked cleanly and took all their mess away. They even did the hoovering when they were finished! The products speak for themselves, they are such good quality. We feel like we have got much more for our money by choosing 5 Star. All staff who we have dealt with have been professional and super friendly. We have no complaints. 100% recommend to anyone. Good job 5 Star, thank you.

From start to finish the service has been amazing. We used the website to organise a meeting for a quote. Luke came out to us he was very knowledgeable and helpful! The installation team were great too, very professional and quick. Would definitely use 5 star again and recommend to anyone interested. 

We recently (April 2025) had a new front door and four windows installed in our house in Fortrose, Highland Region and are delighted with the high quality of the products and the skilled workmanship of the installers. The composite door is of the high quality we were looking for since our house faces the sea (about 150 metres away) and the prevailing wind. Despite several days of severe gales and driving rain, it has already proved its worth - an enormous improvement on our previous door which although double glazed allowed the wind to penetrate round its edges. The four PVC windows we had fitted on the north facing side of the house are also impressive. As well as having a high standard of insulation, they are also very attractive to look at, as has been commented on by several visitors. The whole process from the first survey through to final installation was first class, especially the efficiency and friendliness of the staff from salesman, surveyor, receptionist and installers. We should add, that we had a conservatory and garage conversion carried out by ERG Scotland about five years ago and were also very impressed by them.

This is the second time we have used 5 star windows. First time we had all our windows changed which have exceeded expectations and they look fantastic. Most recently we have had a set of bi-folds doors to replace a window. I am absolutely over the moon with them, they look amazing, the quality is second to none and the service has been outstanding. They have given our living room a new modern looking twist whilst creating a great connection with the outside. I would highly recommend this company. I cannot thank them enough!

Installation crew (3 guys) were punctual, polite, very hard working, very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Each evening they left our house very clean & tidy. We are very impressed with the products, which replaced 23 year old Trademark doors & windows. The latest products are a great improvement. Thank you very much to everyone involved. Recently had a new back door installed by 5 Star. Great job. Totally satisfied.

We've had Premier Windows and Conservatories previously to fit new windows, doors and conservatory roof to our house at different times over the last 25 years, always with brilliant service. We now needed 2 new windows in the garage to replace old rotten wooden ones and to replace an old sash window which hadn't been done previously as it is internal to the house due to the conservatory. We didn't even look elsewhere as we have had such good service in the past. The quoting process was excellent with really good advice about the best way to replace the sash window. The wait time for fitting was not too long (and was even sooner than quoted). On the day of fitting, the guys arrived on the dot and got cracking straight away. Dust sheets were put down to protect carpets (and even a dust sheet at the back of the garage). The job was completed to a very high standard and everything cleaned up and all rubbish taken away. The result was better than expected - especially the sash window replacement which we weren't even sure about having done. Cannot recommend this company enough.

We had a traditionally built garden room attached to the back of our bungalow. The workmanship of all the tradesmen was exceptional and of a high standard. Everyone, including suppliers of equipment and materials, were extremely considerate and polite. We cannot praise this company enough as they had very limited access in which to achieve such a lovely spacious room. From initial enquiry to end of contract, administration was of a high standard. We can't thank them enough for our beautiful room.

New windows in cloakroom and attic fitted in an old farmhouse.. Very pleased with result. 5 Star were a pleasure to deal with in all aspects from start to finish. Very polite and professional staff. Prompt and clear communication at all times. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We approached 5 Star Windows to get some ideas for replacing an existing,slightly leaking, twenty five year old roof.We were very impressed with the choice offered and,although not the cheapest quote, we decided to proceed as we had heard some good reports about the company. We were very impressed with the service, the staff and most importantly the finished product. All completed within the given timeframe and to a high standard. We will certainly use the company again when their services are required.

Had my conservatory roof changed from all glass to tiled roof .The workmen turned up on time, produced a high standard of workmanship and left clean and tidy each day It has made a difference in the hot weather and is far more bearable with the heat

Very pleased with the way the whole process from planning to installation went. No pressure to purchase from the showroom staff just helping us to find suitable products to suit our needs. The work was carried out over two days and work areas were were left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The fitters arrived at the planned times and discussed what they were doing as the work progressed. Very pleased with finished product and would certainly recommend Premier to others.

Easy, no stress and good communication, all round great company.

Really human interaction with the firm. First the salesman was polite and considerate, second the office were really good to deal with and lastly the fitter worked hard, was professional and good humoured. The door is great and looks just how we wanted.

We engaged ERG to replace our old windows and install new patio sliding doors onto a new decking area. The ERG team were responsive to our requirements, completed the installation quickly and efficiently and left the site perfectly tidy. The work was completed in 2022, and I have delayed this review for 2.5 years in case there were any subsequent problems - there have not been, and we are delighted with the work. We have no hesitation in recommending ERG.

Ordered 2 composite doors front & back of home address. Impressed by ERG price and payment options initially so ordered products through them. Very professional fitting of doors and delighted with communication and after sales service. Excellent guarantee so peace of mind for the future. From first meeting with the sales team and subsequently to installation, the whole process was very good. Meeting the installation team was first class and they did an excellent job. Interaction with the showroom was also excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending TradeMark to others.

We live on Skye and had our conservatory rebuilt by ERG Scotland last August (2024) as our old one was leaking and was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. ERG replaced all the windows and doors and put on a fantastic new "Ultraroof". I decided to delay writing a review until after it had endured its first Skye winter and everything the elements could throw at it over the recent months including some severe hurricane force storms. I am thrilled to say the new conservatory has passed its initial test with flying colours. We now have a wonderful room which we can get much more use from throughout the year. Add to that the friendliness and helpfulness of the team that installed it with minimum fuss and exactly when they said they would and I really can't praise and recommend ERG Scotland enough.

Brilliant service

We went with Eden windows as recommended by the company installing a new kitchen for us and are so glad we did. The whole team were great start to finish from Graham in sales who made sure we understood our choices and the safety implications, the surveyor (I think called Steve) who had a look and measured up etc, Dan at the Gillingham site who quickly dealt with some paperwork issues and Ryan and Lee who installed both sets of doors. They worked efficiently together and were very clear about what to expect and great at cleaning up after, they also ensured we knew about door/ lock care for our new doors. When we get to the point of needing to replace windows we will not hesitate to contact Eden.

I recently had 7 windows and a patio door fitted by 5 star. The whole experience from quotes to fitting was excellent. I recently had a new front door. Apart from a few small blips along the way I am pleased with the final outcome and service I received from 5 star. The office staff were readily available on the phone and the fitters were all very professional and friendly during their time here.They left everything clean and tidy after they finished their work.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Friendly and efficient service throughout with no pushy sales speak. The showroom is great to look around, and get ideas about what you want or don’t want. The fitters were friendly and efficient and tidied up extremely well as they went along, both indoors and out. This is the third time we have used Premier windows and we always find them to be excellent. They discuss thoroughly the type of window you want before placing the order; give you an agreed approximate date of fitting well in advance and then when they start the job they arrive on time, explain what they are going to do and get on with it in a tidy way with minimal disruption.  The quality of the windows is excellent and we no longer have draughts around the frames. The price always seems to be good for the quality you get. We would thoroughly recommend them. They also sorted out our front and back doors which haven’t fitted properly since before we moved into the house. They now shut easily and open smoothly.

From discussing what we needed to measuring and to hardworking fitting staff, the whole thing was excellent. We were very well satisfied with the result.

Chose 5 Star windows for our conservatory as there was no pressure selling or any annoying sales patter. Ben the salesman changed our design a few times until we were happy with the final design. The fitting crew and other trades were great. Really happy with the finished conservatory.

My experience with 5 Star Windows has been all positive. Communication has been excellent and the fitting of my bathroom window was done efficiently by a pleasant fitter named Tim. I have already recommended friends and family to 5 Star and I personally won't hesitate to use them again.

There are many glazing companies out there so it is often difficult to find one which actually lives up to its advertising blurb. ERG were recommended to us by friends and local tradesmen who had used them in the past. I have to say, we weren't disappointed. From start to finish the people we dealt with were thoroughly professional, courteous and efficient. The products are of an excellent quality at competitive prices and were installed with care and respect for our property by a team of two who completed the work in a morning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ERG to friends and neighbours and look forward to having further work done by them in the future.

I have recently had 2 external doors, patio doors and 12 windows installed.  I found all staff throughout the process professional and efficient and the process of ordering the windows and doors worked incredibly smoothly. The engineers performing the installation were considerate,  efficient and very helpful.  The new windows and doors were well installed with minimal disruption and inconvenience 

I don't normally do reviews but I felt I had to this time, What a Great Company to deal with from start to finish all of the tradesman were excellence in their work and we are so pleased . What pleasure to find a company where great customer service values still exist. We have been given wonderful service from the start of our interactions with 5 Star and the fitting was fast, efficient and very tidy and clean. The fitter explained everything and ensured that we were happy prior to leaving.
