After a couple of initial administrative problems, we were thoroughly delighted with the standard of the windows fitted, that have made a fantastic feature to the views from our house. The fitters, John & Lucas, were superb & polite, doing a great job. We would have left a five star review, had it not been for the admin errors. On the whole though, well done.

5 Star provided an excellent service from start to finish. The quotation was in-depth and very reasonable, and the team were flexible regarding our requirements.  The installation was scheduled quickly, and the completed on the time frame given to a high standard.  A couple of minor issues were quickly rectified when notified.  Very happy, and can highly recommend. 

I have used this company many times over the last 20 years for my house renovations in a range of different properties. The prices are always competitive and the workmanship of the installations excellent. Their teams of fitters are knowledgeable and efficient, working swiftly and always leave the place clean and tidy. Doors can naturally drop a little once used for a while, especially when the seasons change, they return to make the adjustments quickly, I have never had any problems getting them to return to solve minor issues, sometimes years after the installation!

From the man who did the measuring to the man who fitted the door the staff were very professional and really friendly. They did a fabulous job and the door is just what I wanted.

We had Ecofit replace our 2 doors at our house. I would definitely recommend as was a nice and easy process start to finish and left and excellent job. Doors are amazing and guys hoovered up after them. 

From the start of our buying journey (meeting the sales staff) to installation, it’s been nothing but a smooth, stress less journey. We had so many questions, took a lot of time to decide our final design and the patience of the staff is brilliant, not once did we ever feel pressurised into buying anything and we genuinely felt they were listening to our needs. Due to inflation the prices of doors have increased a lot everywhere. We shopped around and visited 4/5 door shops and we found Joedan to have the best prices with the quality to match. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our front aluminium door and we will definitely be going back to buy when we want to get our windows done. Could not recommend them enough.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From sales to fitting and after sales service, I have been so impressed. They are competitively priced for aluminium and the sales and technical staff have been exceptional - really going above and beyond to work with us. We replaced all of our windows and will certainly use again when we do further building work.

Design consultant was friendly and on time.The door fitter did excellent job.The wrong glass was fitted in the door the side panels were fine . The door glass was eventually sorted .Overall i am pleased.

5 Star fitter Paul fitted a replacement bathroom window. Extremely pleased with work. Service from outset has been excellent. Heartily recommend 5 Star Windows and Conservatories.

From first telephone call to doors being fitted was just over 6 weeks. All staff very professional. When doors were ready we were contacted only 3 working days before the instal, we could have done with a little more notice but we made it work. On instal, Paul was very professional, just got on with his work and left our house in a clean and tidy state. Would recommend and will contact again for further windows and doors.

I had a new front door fitted a short while ago by 5 Star Windows and Conservatories. The two man team were quick, neat and hardly had time for a cuppa. The door was fitted correctly and there were no issues and no making good for me. I would use them again

We had 5 Star replace an old leaking conservatory roof and they did a brilliant job from start to finish. Every stage from the original visit and estimate to the completion was well organised and well communicated - no surprises. The workmen at every stage were excellent and tidy. We are well pleased with the finished product and would recommend 5 Star.

5 star definitely live up to their name. They have been amazing from start to finish. First came across them about 5 years ago when my parents used them for their extension and new front door. 5 years later myself and my partner decided we needed new windows and doors on our 2nd home in order to make it ready into a proper family home for our 3 month old boy. Everyone at the Kidderminster branch has been very helpful and supportive. The whole process was very simple where a lovely guy Ash came out to give us a quote and go through everything with us. It’s a little different having to choose everything yourself when your first home was a new build and already done for you! Next a surveyor called Dean came and was brilliant and also the admin team behind the scenes especially Melissa who has been there to help with all the questions. Finally the installation team Dave and Luke were amazing and made the 2 days so smooth sailing especially with having the little one and a dog. Thankyou again to everyone at 5 star, will definitely recommend you to all friends and family just like my parents did with us.

Purchased a new back door. Whole process was excellent. The old back door was removed and the new one fitted in less than 2 hours. Very impressive. Fitter was really good and very respectful. Cleared up after himself.

We had 4 new windows fitted in one day by two very helpful and courteous guys who did a tremendous job, clearing away all the rubbish and old windows and leaving everything spick and span. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We are extremely pleased with the finished result at a very good price too.

Professional service with efficient and effective staff. Although there was some snagging to be addressed after the fitting of our 5 windows a site surveyor came out to review the work done and ensure that everything was resolved with one further visit, which it was.

Visitors had damaged the mechanism on two of my tilt and turn windows. Premier really gave excellent service and prioritised the job to make sure the house was secure. Both windows are now fully functional and all for a reasonable cost. Well done to the whole team. Highly recommended

Overall very happy with the windows and the service. The guy who came out to quote was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't give us the hard sale. He clearly was confident that the product and service was top quality (not in an arrogant way), and just let the objective facts speak for themselves. A very different experience from other companies we received quotes from who were pushy, derogatory of other companies and their products, and made wild claims about themselves that fell apart with one simple Google search. This company earned my trust (no small feat) and they didn't disappoint. They installed 4 windows quickly and at a reasonable price (without scaffolding, despite what other companies said), and we were so happy with them that we got them back shortly afterwards to fit a 5th window that we had previously been on the fence about. The only minor disappointment was the hassle of getting the FENSA certificate. I had to chase so many times, and then they issued certificates for the wrong number of windows, and I had to chase several times again to get it sorted. But I did get it sorted in the end. I wouldn't only deduct half a star if I could. As far as I'm concerned, the most important thing is the quality of the windows and the installation, and I'm very happy with them, so I would recommend this company.

This is the third time I have used Trademark Windows  for the installation of double glazing and I highly recommend them.  From initial enquiry then house visits when every option was explained in detail.  Photos were take front and back so that we could see how our house would look with the windows of our choice.  Every detail of the project was covered.  We were kept notified throughout the process of likely delivery and installation dates.  The installation team were excellent.  They were happy to keep us appraised at each stage of the installation.  It was great to see and appreciate their expertise.  Seven windows removed and replaced and not a speck of dust left anywhere.  All in all, an excellent team job which displayed the first class standards shown by all at Trademark Windows.

Trademark Windows were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from first contact, until the window was fitted. We needed to replace a round window in our porch from an old single glazed unit, that was rotting away, to a new double glazed window. It was not an easy job, and the glass/frame had to be custom made. The price quoted was extremely competitive, and the fitter who came to install the window was really friendly, knowledgable and left zero mess or 'stuff' to tidy up afterwards. We didn't even need to repaint around the frame! Overall we were very impressed with the service we received, and would highly recommend Trademark Windows to anyone.

Had new patio doors fitted and was really pleased with the fitting. The guys did a great job, really neat and tidy. Would really recommend Premier Windows.

A great service from start to finish, the salesman was open and honest showing us the full range of windows, he did not push items we did not want and offered us alternatives that were a good price. The surveyor was professional and double checked everything, noting a couple of additional items we required having done. The fitters were on time and worked hard keeping disruption to a minimum. The aftersales are dealing with a cracked unit and have supplied a date for fitting. I'm very impressed with the company.

I liked the fact the salesperson was not pushy at all, so decided to go with 5 star windows after reading the good reviews. The communication was great from start to finish. I had 9 windows and a lintel put in. The two chaps H and Dan were great at what they did, and worked well as a team. They turned up early and did a great job, could not fault them and their work with 30 years of experience behind them. I would recommend 5 star windows for a stress free window installation

Had new large window on landing & new bedroom windows. Really fantastic job & nice guys to have around. Resolved potential issue with one window by suggesting a solution which didn't require the complete removal of our blinds. Great job & exactly why we have used Premier so many times

I am so pleased with my new windows. I chose hardwood which not many companies supply these days. They were fitted expertly by 2 obviously experienced craftsmen. They have retained the character of my old house. It's warmer and quieter! Can't recommend this company high enough!

Over the last three days Lee and Ryan from Eden windows have fitted 7 windows, a front door and its surrounding glass windows and will be coming back to fit my porch doors (not available just yet). They arrived on time at 9am, worked continually throughout the day not leaving before 6pm each day. They paid attention to detail and didn't mind me asking questions. They even left the house tidier then when they arrived and didn't complain about having to work around two bed frames. I am really pleased with the fitting and the service I have received and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The fact that over the past few years we have used 5 Star products on three separate occasions speaks for itself. We are delighted with our new front door - visitors often comment on how good it looks . Replacing our poly-carbonate conservatory roof with glass has transformed the space into something we can use all year round - and we can now hear ourselves think when it is raining! Our new picture window was an excellent choice. The company representatives have always been helpful in advising over making the most appropriate choices. The installers are polite and professional, and have always arrived promptly at the agreed date and timer. The after-sales service is excellent.

We’ve had several UPVC windows fitted, in different properties over the years. None have reached the standard of quality of the product and professionalism of all the people that we came in contact with during and before the installation.

We had a new front door fitted. We received excellent service from our initial visit to find our style and colours to the completed installation. Very pleased with the door and the service we got. Definitely recommended.

Today had a new Solidoor Front Door and side window installed. The quote was a fare price and clearly explained with agreements in place to protect both the customer and their company. From beginning to end a simple process. Clear estimate. The Fitters, Martin and David were very polite, gave me the options on different trims. Gave clear instructions on door locking mechanism. Tidied up well on completion. Only comment. Why not give the guys working Company logo'd overalls/jacket or sweat tops. It would add that little bit extra in company appearance.

The whole experience from visiting the showroom to having the door fitted was stress free. We needed a low threshold door to allow wheelchair access .It is nice to go somewhere explain what you need, have someone listen & understand what was required & not try to sell you things you don't want. Then take great care to ensure the work was done as soon as possible with everything required done, no fuss . Every representative arrived for appointment at time arranged & the fitters were very neat tidy in their work with no disruption to us.

From Salesman who visited me to installation I cannot find any fault with your 5 Star company that also includes costs quality calls and e mails from the office ladies . The two installers were polite and informed me at all times and left no mess , 5 stars to them also

5-Star Windows made the whole process of upgrading our conservatory roof very easy. The initial sales visit was relaxed and informative with no pressure to make an immediate decision. Once we signed-up, the installation process moved into gear like a well-oiled machine. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Gary Stone who helped me with my windows. I have been wanting new windows for a few years now but didnt make the leap as I was very apprehensive about the whole process. This was mainly due to feeling uncomfortable with meeting sales people with traditional aggressive double glazing sales techniques. As soon as I met Gary, I knew I was in good hands, and his experience and warm manner helped me choose 5 star for my windows. The installation process was seamless and Andy and his team were fabulous- again the experience and workmanship shone through. The aftercare team were amazing, very responsive and I felt looked after throughout the process. My windows look outstanding and Im so pleased with the results.The 20 year guarantee is very reassuring for a pinicky customer like myself. Lee and Ryan removed a window, knocked out wall below and fitted New French Doors. Excellent service - efficient, timely and causing minimum disruption. The whole experience was quicker and cleaner than I expected and the fitters were pleasant, courteous and professional. Job looks great. Have used Eden several times before and would certainly use again.

We had a glass roof conservatory which we had replaced for a solid roof in the pursuit of a more energy efficient option. The service was seamless and excellent from day one and we know have a conservatory we now use daily as a cosy living room, with some lovely spotlights on dimmer. We're very pleased and can't recommend 5 Star enough.

The whole process was swift and professional. The new windows look great. Unfortunately the glass was slightly marked, this was spotted by the installer and replacement glass was soon on its way. All in all I was very happy with the job, so much so I have now ordered a door!

Very organised and helpful 

'5star Windows have completed two projects at my property, (bespoke aluminium Crittall style French windows and a large aluminium gable fronted extension). There were issues along the way and so completion took longer than anticipated but the outcome was well worth the wait. The 5star staff assigned to my projects were amazing (special thanks to Chris Hatton) When snagging issues occurred they persevered until they were sure I was 100% happy. This company still feels like a family run independent where the customer truly matters, The biggest recommendation I can give is to say that I hope to have more windows from them this year'

We checked out a number of local installers and found 5 Star patio door the best suited to our needs. We arranged an installation date and the fitters duly arrived. we are very satisfied with our patio door.

From the beginning this home roofing improvement was very well managed by an Operations administrator. Stage by stage the right people at the right time efficiently progressed the development. The trades differed but were all first-class and regular inspections ensured the promised product was 5 star.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Lee and Ryan from Eden Windows. They took out the old door, side window and brickwork and installed beautiful French doors. They were both very pleasant gentleman and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use Eden Windows again for further installations.

Very happy with our choice of company to supply & fit composite door.  We shopped around but found the quality of the doors better than others at similar a price. Sales staff extremely helpful, no hard sales techniques! And quite happy for me and my husband to keep changing our minds until we were both in agreement. We had our windows replaced just over six months ago and we were waiting for the below freezing weather spells to arrive, before making a final assessment. Well, we are impressed our central heating usuage has reduced by nearly 20% and the temperature drop overnight, with the heating off, has reduced by some 3 degrees centigrade. We had three of our largest windows replaced with triple glazed units and are convinced this has mainly contributed to the effiiency gains. The installtion team did an excellent job and all the staff contacted provided an excellent and professional service. We would highly recommend 5 Star Windows. Thanks for a great job.

The quote provided by TradeMark was reasonable. They were not the cheapest but we were impressed by the guy doing the quote and had used TradeMark before, so went with them. As regards the work itself, the fitters were very polite and cleared up any mess each day. The windows and doors seem to all be of very good quality. All the glass units were fine, with no marks or scratches. We went for the polished chrome window handles, and some of these were scratched, either from the factory or in installing. The company came out on 2 occasions to replace the scratched handles with no fuss or querying. Overall, I would say we are very impressed with TradeMark and would thoroughly recommend them.

The window and door we had fitted was very good. The work men was very good and tidy I geve them both a pat on the back. The staff was on the phone to see if we was happy with the work I like that. Thank you.

We had a composite door fitted in January 2022. Over the last few months it had become very difficult to open and close the door. I contacted West Yorkshire windows and spoke to a lovely lady and explained what the problem was. She organised someone to visit 3 days later. He fixed the problem quickly after explaining what had happened to the lock. Very efficient aftercare. Thank you.

I contacted West Yorkshire windows for a quote for new windows for the front of my house. After a prompt appointment & quote I agreed the price when I was ready. No pressure, and everything was very clearly explained & confirmed what I requested. After an arranged survey, a few weeks later I was contacted for a fitting date. Very good communication throughout and any queries explained and reassured to me. On fitting day the fitters were very polite & did a great job. A few days after my installation I was then contacted again & asked if I was happy. Very good communication. Very pleased. Thank you !

Good quality windows and doors. Required a slight adjustment to front and patio doors after a 6 months use reported this to customer service and next day a fitter was here. Fantastic guy no mess no fuss job completed in 20mins. Would recommend this company to anyone

I had quite a long wait for the engineer to get an appointment then a week before he was due to arrive Orion cancelled it and gave me a later appointment approx 3 weeks later. I was also told it was a two man job but in the end only one came. The engineer was Mark Brown who has actually done some work for me before ( through Orion) he’s extremely good at his job and always very professional. After finishing replacing the 2 panes of glass which he also cleaned and polished then cleared the rubbish and tidied up and left it how he found it. I hope I don’t need any further work doing but if I do I will be requesting Mark for the job. Thank you and well done Mark.
