If Bob Luke’s experience with Pennine could be adequately described using one word, that word would be consistency.
His most recent window renovation completed a hattrick of home improvement projects that the Pennine team had completed on his property – the first of which dated way back to the 90’s.
Two decades later, Bob’s home proudly displays his original Pennine conservatory, now accompanied by an array of new windows measured and fitted within the last 12 months.

“About a year ago we needed our front windows replacing as they were starting to look a little tired. We contacted Pennine and they did a fantastic job, from our first contact right through to final fitting.”
Bob’s initial window replacement included a mixture of large bay windows and smaller bedroom windows, all in stunning white uPVC.
Almost exactly a year after completion, Bob was on the hunt for a similar finish for the back of his home. Pennine was his first port of call.
Shortly after contacting the team, Bob’s renovation was finished, and his home was now finally complete with new uPVC windows.
“I have to say; the service was just as good as it had been every other time I’d used Pennine. There was a couple of minor issues with the internal trims, but the team were quick to identify and solve the problem.
“The windows themselves were all fitted in a day which made things really easy. The guys who did the fitting were excellent, as were the aftercare team that sorted out the minor issues.
“I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pennine to friends and family, they sell a good quality product and have done so for 20 years!”.
