Conservatory Outlet Unveil Product Specification Guide
Feb 12, 2020
Conservatory Outlet Ltd has continued its commitment to its UK-wide network of retailers by revealing a comprehensive Product Specification & Customer Support Guide.
The 175-page online document, which details the company’s entire suite of products and is set to be released at the end of February, has been created with the sole purpose of providing Conservatory Outlet customers with a true one-stop shop for all technical information, product specification and lead times. In addition, the online guide will provide customers with quick and easy access to its extensive library of marketing collateral, installation guides and ‘how to’ documents.
With the guide set to be updated on an ongoing basis, all information will be made readily available to Conservatory Outlet Network members in real-time, removing any risk of the content becoming either outdated or invalid.
With exceptional customer service always very much at the forefront of their decision-making process, the Conservatory Outlet team are confident that the new online guide will prove to be a hugely useful tool, pro-actively providing their network members with up-to-date and accurate product information.
The launch of the Product Specification Guide follows the release of the company’s innovative new design tool earlier this month, which has allowed Conservatory Outlet Network members to work alongside homeowners in creating tailor-made window and design configurations.
Mick Giscombe, Managing Director at Conservatory Outlet, said:
“We saw tremendous value in providing our UK-wide network of retailers with an online document that covered virtually everything they could ever possibly need to know, in one convenient location.
“We ultimately wanted to make life as easy as possible for each of our customers so they could focus on doing what they do best, providing industry-leading home improvement solutions to their marketplace. We’ve already had fantastic feedback on the guide, and we’ll continue to add further updates throughout 2020 and beyond.”
