Conservatory Outlet Launch ‘Long Service’ Staff Awards

Conservatory Outlet Ltd has this week announced a special Long Service Award to honour employees for their ongoing dedication and commitment.
The Wakefield-based business, which supply cutting-edge home improvement products to their UK-wide network of retailers, will launch the new award scheme at a special ceremony where fifteen members of staff who have been with the company for 10 or more years will be recognised. Each team member will receive a commemorative trophy and a bottle of champagne in celebration of their achievements.
Conservatory Outlet see the launch of the new award scheme as a fantastic way of showing appreciation and gratitude to the members of its workforce that have demonstrated long-term dedication to their role within the company. With several other members of staff set to surpass the 10-year and 20-year service mark across the coming year, Conservatory Outlet intends to host similar award ceremonies on a bi-annual basis.
News of the Long Service Award follows Conservatory Outlet’s launch of an inaugural Recycling Centre at their 60,000 sq ft manufacturing base, which forms the latest in a long line of initiatives designed to make Conservatory Outlet one of the most environmentally friendly businesses in Yorkshire.
Mick Giscombe, Managing Director at Conservatory Outlet, said he was delighted to be able to formally recognise long serving staff members:
