Entry to the industry-leading scheme, which highlights Ultraframe’s trusted installers, consisted of an extensive review process, with Pennine subjected to analysis against eight core criteria.
An assessment report accompanied the review, which saw Pennine receive impressive marks across each field and register one of the schemes highest ever overall scores.
Pennine’s successful entry to the scheme means they are now the only designated installer of Ultraframe products in the Newcastle area, covering Durham and other surrounding areas.
The accolade acts as a seal of approval for Pennine’s entire home improvement process, from initial sales enquiry to final aftercare service.
Mark Tinnion, Managing Director at Pennine, said he was delighted to have been accepted onto the scheme:
“After a lengthy and rigorous process, it’s great to finally be part of the Ultra Installer Scheme. To be recognised by one of Europe’s largest roof suppliers, and to be their official representative in the North East, is a fantastic achievement for the whole team.
“The extensive nature of the review meant we were assessed across our entire process, so to come out with such an impressive score validates the hard work of all our team. We pride ourselves on offering unrivalled service to our customers, and we feel this accolade really highlights that fact.”
Craig Keighley, Head of Retail Sales at Ultraframe, detailed the significance of the achievement:
“Pennine have been an ambassador of our product range for many, many years and are a valued partner. We are delighted to have them on board as an official Ultra Installer Partner for the North East.
“Pennine’s inspection report confirmed that they work to exceptionally high standards, achieving top marks for the installation process. Overall this fills me with confidence that they are the number one retailer in their region and the lowest risk option for consumers. This company is modelled on standards, pride and commitment.”
