A customer focused company dedicated to quality…

Substantial investment in the latest technology, machinery and a comprehensive employee training program have created a unique blend of craftsmanship and automation to exceed our high standards. Our factory coupled with our existing infrastructure and use of fabrication techniques allows us to deliver high and consistent levels of quality every time.

We manufacture our extensive range of products using the most advanced UPVC, Composite and Aluminium on the market – ensuring the perfect consistency of quality, colour, and finish throughout our product range.

Environmental Policy

When you buy windows, doors, an orangery or a conservatory from Conservatory Outlet you can be sure that during manufacture we’ve paid as much attention to minimising the environmental impact of what we do as we have to the quality of our completed products.

As a responsible company, we are committed to the environmentally sound disposal of any old UPVC windows and doors that we remove from your home during the installation of your new products. In most cases your old frames will be sent for recycling in compliance with the Environmental Protection Act.

A lifetime of reassurance…

At double the industry standard, the Conservatory Outlet’s 20 Years Guarantee offers you complete value for money and, crucially, a lifetime of reassurance.

We’re able to offer this comprehensive guarantee on a wide range of replacement windows, replacement doors and conservatories because we use only the best materials and components which have been selected for their inherent durability, and which are proven to withstand the test of time.

It’s also a vital element of the Conservatory Outlet Environmental Policy. By encouraging homeowners to use their windows and doors for longer, we can help to prevent over consumption and unnecessary carbon emissions.

Glass & Glazing Federation (GGF) Member & FENSA Registered

The Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) is a trade association that represents over 60% of the home improvement industry by turnover. The GGF’s opinion is also regularly sought by Government on Regulation and Consumer issues. Conservatory Outlet dealers are members of FENSA – the leading body providing homeowner protection in the double glazing industry for windows and doors.

FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. Following Government encouragement, FENSA has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and other industry bodies in response to Building Regulations for double glazing companies in England and Wales.

When replacing windows and doors, homeowners must comply with current thermal performance standards and ensure they get a certificate from FENSA or the Local Authority Building Control. FENSA enables companies that install replacement windows and doors to self-certify compliance under these Building Regulations without the need for a separate assessment from Building Control.

Conservatory Outlet is committed to a policy to provide a service which fulfils the requirements and meets the expectations of our customers in all ways, in relation to the manufacture and supply of PVC-u windows, doors, conservatories and associated ancillary components.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. In order to achieve this commitment, we have established a Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim for customer satisfaction and commitment to continuous improvement throughout our business:-

  1. A customer complaints procedure.
  2. Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback.
  3. Training and development for our employees.
  4. Regular audits of our internal processes.
  5. Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims.
  6. Management reviews of audit results and customer complaints.

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available on request to all employees.

This policy and any changes are communicated to employees in their induction programme, during Employee Forum meetings and is also posted on the Company notice boards. It is also made available to our customers, business partners, suppliers and other interested parties through our website.

Though the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work and our aim is to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the Company.
