Conservatory Outlet is committed to a policy to provide a service which fulfils the requirements and meets the expectations of our customers in all ways, in relation to the manufacture and supply of PVC-u windows, doors, conservatories and associated ancillary components.
Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. In order to achieve this commitment, we have established a Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.
We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim for customer satisfaction and commitment to continuous improvement throughout our business:-
- A customer complaints procedure.
- Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback.
- Training and development for our employees.
- Regular audits of our internal processes.
- Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims.
- Management reviews of audit results and customer complaints.
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available on request to all employees.
This policy and any changes are communicated to employees in their induction programme, during Employee Forum meetings and is also posted on the Company notice boards. It is also made available to our customers, business partners, suppliers and other interested parties through our website.
Though the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work and our aim is to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the Company.
