Specialist provider of market research to the UK building and construction industries, AMA Research, has reported that the conservatory market has become more sophisticated compared to six or seven years ago.
Though their study ‘Domestic Conservatory Market Report – UK 2012-2016 Analysis’ found that conservatory sales have been down since 2008 due to a cut in the number of people moving home and a lack of consumer confidence, it has been deemed to be more sophisticated due to home improvement companies offering a more diverse product range.
This branching out has been put down to a ‘more demanding customer base’ as homeowners seek to scout out firms that not only stock conservatories, but also supply and install an orangery, doors, windows, glass extensions etc.
The report also showed that UPVC remains the material of choice for the majority of buyers, whilst timber has a ‘good share’ and aluminium has its own niche share of the market.
Conservatory Outlet has adapted and expanded its product portfolio in response to this change in buyer trends, becoming one of the UK’s foremost fabricators and suppliers of home improvements.
We also have showrooms located up and down the UK where buyers can familiarise themselves with the full range of high-quality products that we offer and speak to any one of our highly experienced team of design consultants.
To aid buyers further we provide FREE quotes on our entire product range with no obligation to buy so that you can decide whether our conservatories, orangeries, windows and doors are right for you and your home without any unnecessary pressure from us.
