Conservatory Outlet Unveil New Addition To Energy Efficient Door Range

Author: Conservatory Expert  |  Leave a Comment >>

The product portfolio of home improvement specialists Conservatory Outlet continues to increase after the company announced the inclusion of an A-rated UPVC door to their growing range.

Manufactured using the Synseal Synerjy profile and officially approved with an A-rating by the BFRC Door Energy Rating Scheme, this new door is among the most thermally efficient UPVC doors available.

At a time when the cost of household energy bills have reached an unprecedented high and millions of UK families are being forced to live in fuel poverty, Conservatory Outlet saw the development of an A-rated door as being of paramount importance.

The A-rating gives consumers a greater insight into the thermal performance of UPVC doors so that they can make a more informed decision when purchasing a door design.

In order to achieve an A-rating, the Wakefield conservatories and double glazing firm ensured that the door was put through stringent testing and manufactured to exceed the thermal requirements of UK building regulations, making it one of the most energy efficient UPVC doors on the market.

The A-rated door will sit alongside and perfectly complement Conservatory Outlet’s existing range of A-rated and C-rated windows and Energy Saving Trust Recommended windows. A selection of high-quality and maintenance-free finishes are also available.

This new door innovation will be rolled out to Conservatory Outlet’s full network of UK-wide double glazing installers and gives property owners a greater opportunity to fight off rising fuel costs by specifying both A-rated windows and A-rated doors.

Get Guaranteed Value With A Conservatory

Author: Conservatory Expert  |  Leave a Comment >>

Since Britain fell into depths of recession three or four years ago, there has been a noticeable rise in the number of people undertaking home improvement projects. The right choice of improvement is required if you hope to increase the re-sale value of your property and make your home irresistible to buyers once the market picks up again.

But according to a survey carried out by banking specialists HSBC, certain home improvements are not adding the level of value that they did 12 months ago. This includes loft conversions, bathrooms and kitchens. The last thing you want when financing a form of home improvement is for little return of investment.

HSBC found that the only form of home improvement to add more value to a home than a year ago is a conservatory. Adding a new conservatory to a property will boost its value by an average of £9,420. 14% more than the £8,233 that was recorded in the survey a year ago.

Peter Dockar, Head of Mortgages at HSBC, has issued the following words of caution:

“Home owners should think carefully about the type and extent of any home-improvement works they are planning. Those which enhance the quality of life while retaining broad appeal should be favoured over more individually styled alternations.”

It isn’t difficult to understand why it is the case that conservatories are the home improvement that gives the best value for money as a conservatory or even an orangery can hugely…

New Partnership Sees Permaframe Launch Revamped Website

Author: Conservatory Expert  |  Leave a Comment >>

Somerset home improvement specialists Permaframe Installations have unveiled a new-look website to coincide with their recent decision to link up with the Conservatory Outlet network.

Part of Permaframe’s motivation for joining forces with the Wakefield company was due to the fact that they would become eligible for a brand new lead generating website where they could take full advantage of the increased number of online leads and sales they would receive as a consequence.

Conservatory Outlet, together with regular web design partners Motionlab Marketing, have created an online template which has proven to be a huge success for its network of dealers, with members experiencing an average 125% increase in online enquiries.

That same tried and tested template has been applied to Permaframe’s new website. As a result, the conservatory and double glazing company can expect to receive a huge influx of high-quality online leads and sales over the coming years.

The website http://www.permaframe.co.uk will also give Permaframe the perfect online platform on which they can showcase both their full range of conservatories, double glazing, doors, porches and roofline and also draw attention to their stylish showroom based in Frome.

Permaframe are keen to transfer online visitors into footfall into their Frome showroom which is why a page dedicated to their showroom has been given particular prominence on the site.

Call to actions are also present at the bottom of every page so that Permaframe can be contacted with ease and without unnecessary navigation back to the home page.

The nationwide dealership of Conservatory Outlet continues to attract the biggest names within glass and glazing following the decision of Permaframe Installations to go into partnership with the Wakefield company.

The Somerset firm boasts almost three decades of industry experience and is renowned throughout the South West for supplying and installing the region’s best conservatories, double glazing, porches, orangeries, doors and roofline. Thousands of homes in towns and cities including Warminster, Bath, Trowbridge and Yeovil have made Permaframe their installer of choice since its formation in 1986.

As a result of the partnership, the instantly recognisable Conservatory Outlet butterfly now sits proud on the signage and literature at Permaframe’s Frome Showroom which is situated on Commerce Park, just off the A631, and open six days a week.

The conservatory and double glazing firm will also benefit from continued advertising and marketing support – online and offline – and a constant flow of high-quality frames as supplied directly from Conservatory Outlet’s state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Wakefield.

Richard Smith, Director at Permaframe Installations, has already been left very impressed by the entire Conservatory Outlet proposition:

“Within the first 3 months of joining Conservatory Outlet my sales staff had begun a professional retail sales training course and I had been invited to the annual Dealer Conference, both of which were invaluable for our business development.”

Conservatory Outlet expects to announce further dealer partnerships over the coming months as they look to expand…
