Dear sir/madam,

We are writing in thanks of the fantastic service we have recently received when ordering our double glazing uPVC windows from you. After getting quotes from a number of the other companies (some of which were slightly cheaper), Chris was by far the friendliest, honest and helpful. It was for this reason that we chose to place our order with conservatory Outlet. We were equally impressed by the transparency of the costing process (though the use of the spreadsheet) and with Chris’ superb expertise.

You have been extremely patient with us (despite numerous phone calls, adjusting requirements, and our efforts to negotiate down even further); we have benefit from his advice in the style of windows – we decided eventually to go for the casement windows in Woodgrain, which suit our house perfectly. Matthew had made us feel confident that we would receive quality windows that work practically for us as a family and look aesthetically pleasing, for which we are very grateful.

Please also find enclosed the colour chart that you kindly lent us, which we forgot to return!
