Dear Andrew and Lucy,
You have recently completed fitting 5 energy rated windows and 2 Rock Door composite doors in our cottage.
We wanted the new windows to be as close a style to the old (but rather rotten) wooden windows as was possible and especially to preserve the architrave appearance on the inside. Additionally we were concerned about the amount of making good and redecoration that would be required following installation. You convinced us that all our concerns and misgivings would be solved, whereas other companies that we had received quotes from were not as forthcoming in their assurances.
