Considering all the doom and gloom around in the media, we are pleased to say Conservatory Outlet is still enjoying extremely good sales results. We achieved growth of 21% in 2008, compared to 2007 with many of our conservatory showrooms being very busy throughout the year.

And January 2009 has been equally busy with 15% growth compared to the same period of 2008, and last week was the busiest ever week for frame orders at the factory. So, February is looking pretty healthy already!

So, why is Conservatory Outlet beating the recession?

Well, we’re working very hard with our marketing. Our unique TV adverts currently running on Yorkshire and Granada TV are capturing the imagination and bringing in plenty of interest. We are also working very hard with our Conservatory Outlet website and individual dealer sites. January was a record month for leads generated from our websites. We’ve also put in place a customer care centre at our Leeds conservatory showroom, specifically for handling all enquiries efficiently.

Another reason we’re so busy is the efforts we put in to ensuring our conservatory showrooms are well maintained with up to date products, and great displays. Conservatory Outlet has the best range of conservatory showrooms in the UK, with showrooms at Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, Mid Wales, Shropshire, South Wales, York and Harrogate in North Yorkshire, and Wakefield, Leeds and Mirfield in west Yorkshire.

We ensure that our sales staff are fully trained and up to date with new product launches such as the new orangeries, and energy rated windows we are now heavily promoting.

So, in times of recession it is important that you choose the right company to deal with, and we believe you can’t go wrong with one of our Conservatory Outlet dealers!

We’ve got some great deals on at our Conservatory Outlet showrooms in Lancashire, Cheshire and Cumbria this January.

There’s 35% off the entire range of energy efficient windows and doors, orangeries and conservatories. And you can just pay a £99 deposit and nothing for 12 months.

But you’d better be quick, these deals cannot last forever!!!

Conservatories and Orangeries UK

There is a bit of confusion from people in the UK about exactly what is an ‘orangery‘. Well, the orangeries we sell at Conservatory Outlet are more like modern, contemporary conservatories.

Conservatories and Orangeries

The main feature of our orangeries is that we utilise brickwork or stone columns within the design, so that you don’t have the uPVC conservatory bay pole or corner posts you would normally find on a traditional uPVC conservatory.

The images shown are taken from the Lanashire Conservatory Outlet showroom in Leyland in Lancashire. There is also an orangery on display at the Cheshire Conservatory Outlet showroom in Holmes Chapel.

Also, we tend to fit an internal lighting pelmet with downlighters which makes a real feature to the inside of the orangery, and sets it apart from a normal conservatory. Basically, the orangery feels more like a glass extension or sunroom with a combination of glazed frames and walls. We normally install a glass roof on our orangeries, too, and there are a range of glazing options available.

There are numerous orangery designs available, including Victorian Orangeries, Edwardian Orangeries and more contemporary oranageries.

The real advantage of Conservatory Outlet orangeries is that they are very affordable. If you are looking to get a quote for an orangery or just need a bit more advice then fill in our quotation request form, or visit one of our conservatory showrooms and speak with an advisor.

How do Synseal roof systems hold up to the elements? In this short video Synseal look at the rigorous industry recognized testing process conservatories have to go through to receive the British Board of Agrement certificate.

Here in the rainy UK it’s important your conservatory can withstand everything mother nature can throw at it. Thats why Synseal subject their roofs to some of the worst weather conditions imaginable. This allows you to enjoy the feeling of being outdoors without having to be subject to to the changeable British weather.

The Synseal conservatory roof system will withstand the most severe weather conditions experienced in exposed locations, such as Cumbria, Lancashire, and Pennine areas of Yorkshire.
