The open weekend event will take place on both Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th between 10am – 4pm each day at Hazlemere’s Cressex showroom in High Wycombe where a full size Loggia conservatory finished in ‘Urban Grey’ has been specially built onto the outside of the building.

There will be a distinct focus on energy efficient double glazed home extensions throughout the two days as Hazlemere also look to promote their diverse range of conservatories, orangeries and other bespoke double glazed extensions of glass.

High Wycombe home improvement experts Hazlemere – part of the Conservatory Outlet Dealer Network – are capitalising on the growing trend for improving rather than moving by introducing two new forms of home extensions to their product portfolio.
In addition to supplying and fitting a wide variety of UPVC and aluminium conservatories, the firm can now offer local homeowners the chance to own a Loggia conservatory or Glass Extension; two newly developed creations that have taken the industry by storm in recent times.
The Loggia has been lovingly crafted using a combination of British-build quality and Italian designer flair. Blended together with a highly-detailed roofing system and pristine double glazing panelling, Loggia makes for one of the most aesthetically-pleasing home extensions the market has ever seen.
Suited to both the period and traditional household, the Loggia takes extended home living to a whole new level and will appeal to those seeking a high-end conservatory that can be utilised in multiple ways.
On the other hand, the Glass Extension turns conventional conservatory living on its head; consisting of both a spacious interior and expansive external Veranda area.
Whether sat indoors or outdoors, a Glass Extension will provide property owners with a sheltered living space, whatever the weather, thanks to a glass covered roof that over-hangs its entire surroundings, including the aforementioned Veranda.
Hazlemere possess nearly three decades of experience at supplying, fitting and installing the very best conservatories, window and doors, boasting an…
Hazlemere Window Company has added to the enviable list of accreditations it can boast by gaining ISO 14001 registration, the international standard for environmental management.
The Buckinghamshire-based company has, for more than a decade, enjoyed ISO 9001 registration for the manufacture and installation of domestic and commercial double glazing. ISO 14001 is seen as equally important for Hazlemere which supplies both uPVC and aluminium bi folding doors products, and has also expanded its product range in recent years to include domestic and commercial solar panels.
The route to achieving ISO 14001 consisted of a two-part audit of Hazlemere Window Company’s head office and adjoining factory by certification body National Quality Assurance (NQA), which is due to be followed up by surveillance visits and a three yearly re-certification audit, such is the rigour of the registration criteria.
The whole process, which took over six months, involved a significant commitment from the Board of Directors, who had already previously installed 24 solar panels on the showroom roof. Before the process began, Hazlemere Window Company had invested in waste segregation by employing a person solely to perform this task, re-cycling all the old timber, aluminium and UPVC windows etc.
Hazlemere Commercial Sales Director, Simon Keegan, explained the importance of this latest accreditation, particularly to the company’s commercial division: “Both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards involve an immense amount of time and resource to achieve, as the criteria is very strictly applied by independent auditors. These accreditations require a…
Hazlemere Windows – the Conservatory Outlet Dealer based in High Wycombe – have recently expanded their product range following the introduction of two new contemporary and innovative takes on the traditional home extension; the Loggia conservatory and Glass Extension.
Not only does the Loggia add invaluable space, light and value to the modern home, but it also combines the very best in British design and Italian flair to fashion one of the most aesthetically-pleasing home extensions available.
Much of its design inspiration comes from the Italian Renaissance period as perfectly demonstrated in the stylishly designed ornate columns used to support the structure.
21st Century home living is best enjoyed inside a Loggia; the next generation of conservatory.
On the other hand, a Glass Extension offers the average homeowner a totally fresh way of utilising a home extension as it affords them the chance to enjoy indoor and outdoor living in similar luxury.
It contains an over-hanging glass roof and specially created Veranda area so that users can experience the most panoramic views of their garden from a totally different perspective, whatever the weather.
The Loggia and Glass Extension will both complement a product portfolio that already consists of a wide selection of conservatories, orangeries, double glazing windows, doors and a newly developed green energy department specialising in the installation of solar panels across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
Despite being at the forefront of the industry for nearly three decades, the team at Hazlemere Windows understand…
The weather has inevitably decided your activities for the majority of the past few weeks and it looks like that is going to be the pattern for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately as the cold settles, we are forced to stay indoors and make the best of a situation which is quite frankly irritating. Sat inside your home is hopefully a haven but we know that the majority of home life revolves around a busy schedule and a lack of space coupled with relaxation down time.
A lot of homeowners dream of the day they make their fortune and move into a 15 bedroom mansion with separate wings that the children can have as their own to do as they please whilst the parents enjoy relaxing in the living spaces all on their own when needed.
You may even be one of the families that owns the space for relaxation but does not have the ideal space for coming together as a family for dining or simply spending quality time together.
One of the best home improvements homeowners now opt for are upvc conservatories. This is down to their ability to be built on a budget and the fantastic addition they are to any home. Any home on the planet can benefit from the aesthetic beauty of adding a conservatory no matter how big or small.
Conservatories are built to last and are no longer the undesirable cheaper alternative to an extension. Modern conservatories have got an…
