The month of May has proved to be particularly fruitful for one salesman within the Conservatory Outlet network after John Newton of Clearview Home Improvements took away the monthly title of Top Dog.
Following several hugely successful months for Clearview in 2012, the Warrington-based salesman called upon his years of sales experience and professional approach to bring in the leading amount of combined double glazing, door and conservatory sales within the dealership.
Conservatory Outlet’s ‘Top Dog’ competition runs over a 12-month period, with the overall winner securing a trophy and significant cash prize. A series of monthly prizes are also handed out in a range of other categories.
In further good news for the company, a further Clearview salesman, Mark Duggan, managed to attract the largest monthly conservatory order. Whilst George McLean of The Home Enhancement Company, Aberdeen, earned the Top Window Salesman trophy and Richard Holloway of Premier Windows, Oswestry, emphatically won the Largest Window Order category.
At the moment, Jim Oliver of James Oliver Conservatories currently sits at the top of the overall ‘Top Dog’ league table as he looks to retain his title from last year. A total of five salesmen from Clearview are present within the top 10.
Leicester home improvement firm EAS Windows, one of the newest members of the network, have also recently joined the competition ensuring that the race for ‘Top Dog’ intensifies further. In addition to windows, doors and conservatories, they also offer aluminium bi-folding doors.
The longer you reside in your home and the larger your family becomes, the harder it often becomes to find space inside your property. As the numbers of belongings we own grow, the more they begin to take over your living area which can be frustrating if you want to keep your home clean and tidy.

The modern-day conservatory can used in any number of different ways so you can choose to utilise it in whatever suits you best.

As a leading Synseal Synerjy fabricator, Conservatory Outlet has confirmed that it will begin supplying its growing network of dealers with Synseal’s new Summer Orangery system.
The product, which underwent a 6-month development period before coming to market, was recently demonstrated to dealers at the Conservatory Outlet Dealer Conference by David Leng, CEO of Synseal.
After receiving unequivocal praise from many of those who attended, the conservatory and double glazing specialist showed no hesitation in adding the product to its existing range of home improvement offerings.
The development of the Summer Orangery system has involved some of the most exhaustive research and development that Synseal has ever undertaken as the company was well aware of the growing tendency for homeowners to use their orangery as a multi-purpose living space.
The Synseal Summer Orangery system uses proven components from the market-leading, BBA Approved Global roof system and sits them on an orangery structural and styling system that includes some advanced concepts.
It also provides a variety of aesthetic choices as a range of eye-catching woodgrain finishes are available, along with a selection of glass options, such as those you would get in double glazing.
Conservatory Outlet is confident that the Summer Orangery system will prove to be a valuable addition to its product portfolio.
