Kent home improvement company Eden Windows, Doors & Conservatories have redeveloped their existing showroom as they look to cement their position as one of the South East’s leading firms.
Located in Medway, the showroom houses the finest fully furnished conservatories in Kent and also has areas solely dedicated to double glazing in Kent and UPVC, Composite, Stable, French, Patio and Bi-Folding doors.
Demand for Eden Windows, Doors & Conservatories’ extensive product range has remained strong over the years. However, since joining the Conservatory Outlet network last year the company have benefitted from a higher number of online leads as well as increased footfall into their showroom.

Greg Kane, Sale Director of Conservatory Outlet, praised the efforts of the Kent-based dealer: ‘By investing in such a high quality showroom, Eden Windows, Doors & Conservatories have shown a great commitment to both the Conservatory Outlet network and their customers in Medway, Tonbridge and Canterbury, who will now benefit from this exceptional facility.’

A spokesman for the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC) has advised anyone looking to rent out their property to invest in a conservatory. The NHIC provides impartial advice and information on home improvements and Director Andrew Leech says: “They are not tremendously expensive, but they will provide another room.”
What Mr Leech says is absolutely true as conservatories can massively extend a home and will give occupants an extra room that they can use in a variety of different ways. Those who love to relax in the home can use it is a second living room, whilst those who host regular gatherings may prefer to transform it into a luxury dining room.
By adding a conservatory to your home you will be demonstrating to potential tenants that you have taken the trouble to make an effort and give whoever lives in your property the best possible form of home living. It may also even enable you to ask for higher rental price as you will be able to point towards your conservatory as being a unique feature.
For that extra bit of class, why not also add a set of patio doors or French doors to your conservatory as they will provide users with the most perfect gateway into the garden. Opening and leaving the doors open on a hot summer’s day will allow the outdoor air to circulate its way through the extension so that ventilation is assured no matter how hot…

The Secured by Design and BSI Kitemarks will now join the Energy Saving Trust Recommended logo in the marketing armoury of Conservatory Outlet and its network of conservatories dealers.
Conservatory Outlet’s operations director Michael Giscombe, who was instrumental throughout the testing and accreditation process, said: ‘Conservatory Outlet is well known for supporting its customers by way of marketing and lead generation, but we also boast an exceptionally high quality product. Security is high on the agenda of end-users of replacement windows and doors which is why we sought to gain official accreditation for our product range.
We felt that it was very important to achieve Secured by Design certification across the entire Synerjy range, and not just one or two products,’ he added.
Consistently manufacturing in the region of 1,200 frames per week, Conservatory Outlet is one of the largest Synseal fabricators in the country. It is therefore fitting that…
