We recently replaced our old front door with a Rockdoor Composite Door. This included a new surround,lintel and the removal of a decorative arch around the door. Our requirements were fully understood from the beginning and the choices were clearly explained by the salesman. Installation was completed on the agreed date and time to a very high standard. We would recommed West Yorkshire Windows to family and friends, and would definitely use again.

Door quality is very good but part of the frame seal was not fully glued from factory so the the door fitter revisited to glue down, seems ok now. Workmanship was very good and clean. I would use Eden Windows again in the future and would also recommend to anyone.

I cannot say how pleased we were with the men who did the work & oversaw any alteration required. When they said they would come at a certain time , yes they were there, only stopped for lunch half hour then when I served them coffee they worked through drinking, amazing to see how they didn't take advantage of us which we have experienced in the past with other workmen. They were very tidy always swept up every day & took their rubbish away with them. With regards to the Company, we have used them in the past so there was no thought about asking them again to work for us, we knew their standards which are excellent.

Very happy with the design and quality of the conservatory. Build went quite smoothly and quickly. A couple of things that were agreed upon at the surveying phase were not carried forward to the builders/installation team. One of these was rectified, the other couldn't be. That was the only negative aspect of an otherwise successful build. This seemed to be a communication problem: things not being added to the relevant job sheets.

I had a new composite door fitted in March. From start to finish the whole project went.without a hitch . Ian our initial advisor was most helpful, he explained everything and we were not made to feel under any pressure. Surveyor was punctual and most informative. The two men who came to fit the door were, brilliant Well mannered, and very polite, Lee and Kevin. I would not hesitate to recommend Mitchells Glass for any project. A first class service from a local company. Well Done.

Very pleased with the Roofline and Lemonry (Conservatory) fitted by 5 Star Windows & Conservatoriesy. The workmanship from groundworks to final build was excellent. All were punctual, on site at the time they stated (one team started at 06:30 am). All Workmen were tidy and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Initially we had 3 new PVC doors fitted in 2011 and this year have had all our windows replaced with A rated windows. The installation was over 3 days and we were very satisfied with the installation having previously visited the Warrington showroom to look at the product and discuss with the salesman. We had alternative presentations and quotations but all round product quality, price and our previous experience of customer service from Clearview made it a no contest.

Overall experience was very good. I was especially impressed with the director Clive Brimmell's courteous and non-pushy first visit for the quotation. Problems were dealt with promptly - when materials for guttering etc were delivered in error without prior notice, the installation manager Paul Parker soon came to move them to a suitable location. The phone line to the house was damaged during installation of one window - probably unavoidably, resulting in loss of service for 10 days, but I have been assured by the company that they will cover the repair bill when it arrives. My only complaints with the fitters were that they do not vacuum to remove the considerable amount of dust and rubble at the end of each working day, and they did not eat many of my biscuits, so I had to eat them myself!

Excellent doors, wide variety of choice and the workmen were professional too. Took just over 4 weeks from order and now they're installed. Only thing that could be improved was to be kept in the loop more about the progress of our doors as I had to email to enquire how long until they would be with the company. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them! 10/10
